“Fab experience!! We went in not expecting to even try dresses on, but just to look. We were greeted by lovely members of staff who took their time to make us feel extremely welcome and acknowledged how special finding the perfect dress was. I tried on several dresses and walked out after putting a deposit down on ‘the one’. Thankyou so much!!”

“Ich war spontan nach Feierabend mit einer Freundin im Laden in Bielefeld und wurde von Christina hervorragend und total lieb sowie kompetent beraten! Sie hat mit dem ersten Griff MEIN KLEID ❤️ gefunden, es gab Freudentränen und ich bin total geflasht und glücklich mit perfektem Kleid aus dem Laden gegangen! Es war ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt… Lustig war es auch noch 😊 und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut! Das Kleid hat alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann!!! Ich gucke mir täglich die Fotos an und freue mich jetzt noch mehr auf meine Hochzeit 👰🏻‍♀️ 🥰 DANKE!!!!!!”

“Lauren was really helpful, patient and listened to everything I said. This was my first time trying dresses on and she made the whole experience feel very relaxedwith no pressure. I'm coming away with a much better idea of what I want and I will be back.”

“Girls were friendly enough but wait time was ridiculous, we feel that there should be an appointment system in place, particularly on a Saturday and Sunday and some of the dresses were, in our opinion, cheap looking”

“In Gent geweest, geholpen door Rayan. Top begeleiding in de opbouw van de jurk. Ze raadt ook dingen aan die niet mijn stijl zijn om te proberen zodat we kunnen vergelijken. Uiteindelijk is het een prachtige jurk geworden die niet in mijn gedachten zat maar waar we allemaal zot van waren.”

“I visited the Chelmsford branch yesterday with so much anxiety and fear of trying on dresses. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the biggest smiles and friendly faces. I told them what I wanted and was free to browse the dresses. Once I had picked a few they got me all set up in the fitting room where my nerves where through the roof. The lovely sales assistant Angel (and that she was!!) helped me with my nerves and calmed me down giving me the reassurance that I so desperately needed. Once I put that first dress on I instantly felt amazing and a little silly for feeling so anxious! My whole experience was made by all the ladies there, nothing was too much and they let me try on the same dresses over and over and encouraged me to take my time, added all the extra details to make it special. I’ve never felt so beautiful and confident and that’s thanks to them!! I said yes to the dress completely opposite to what I went in for and my dress wasn’t one I’d picked out but what Angel picked for me. Just wanted to say a big fat THANK YOU to all the lovely ladies in the Chelmsford branch for just an amazing and positive experience! Many happy tears ❤️”

“We had a wonderful visit to the Bristol branch - Sophie (and the team) was so helpful and supportive. She clearly knows the dresses very well and was very good at choosing things that would suit me. I hadn’t expected to enjoy it so much as I am an older, and curvier bride than most so I was pretty nervous about the whole thing but Sophie put me at ease and gave really good advice and options. Thank you.”
