“I visited the Chelmsford branch yesterday with so much anxiety and fear of trying on dresses. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the biggest smiles and friendly faces. I told them what I wanted and was free to browse the dresses. Once I had picked a few they got me all set up in the fitting room where my nerves where through the roof. The lovely sales assistant Angel (and that she was!!) helped me with my nerves and calmed me down giving me the reassurance that I so desperately needed. Once I put that first dress on I instantly felt amazing and a little silly for feeling so anxious! My whole experience was made by all the ladies there, nothing was too much and they let me try on the same dresses over and over and encouraged me to take my time, added all the extra details to make it special. I’ve never felt so beautiful and confident and that’s thanks to them!! I said yes to the dress completely opposite to what I went in for and my dress wasn’t one I’d picked out but what Angel picked for me. Just wanted to say a big fat THANK YOU to all the lovely ladies in the Chelmsford branch for just an amazing and positive experience! Many happy tears ❤️”

“We had a wonderful visit to the Bristol branch - Sophie (and the team) was so helpful and supportive. She clearly knows the dresses very well and was very good at choosing things that would suit me. I hadn’t expected to enjoy it so much as I am an older, and curvier bride than most so I was pretty nervous about the whole thing but Sophie put me at ease and gave really good advice and options. Thank you.”

“I can’t recommend wed2b enough! I had an amazing experience in store and lovely consultation. I found a dress online which I fell in love with, it wasn’t available in the store that was near me, after speaking to Jess O from customer service she managed to make my dreams come true and send the dress into my local branch. I can’t thank Jess enough for going above and beyond to help me get my dress.”

“I visited the Hull branch as was seen to by Lorna who spoke to me about my wants and what sort of dresses I had been looking at, there was a bit of a wait but was then seen to by Tara who helped me in and out of the dresses. As well kept me and my bridal party all excited, she was also very fast with the tissues (they were defintley needed). Tara was so bubbly and lovely, she made us all feel welcome and for myself who had never been to try any bridal dresses on, she made the experience the best, I was so comfortable and relaxed with her! Lorna picked a beautiful dress that I had never seen nor even imagined myself in, and I ended up picking this as my dream dress. With the help of Tara and Lorna, I could not have imagined myself finding anything so wonderful! Thank you to these two wonderful ladies for making my experience not only amazing but the best I could have hoped for! I was even able to do a princess spin in my goregous gown! From my bridal party and I, these two are an absolute diamonds, Wed 2B should be over the moon with staff members like these :).”

“After visiting Manchester from Lincolnshire for another occasion I just had to visit wed2be, there it was the Aaliyah Quinn Deia but wasn’t visiting to try on dresses . I just couldn’t get it out of my mind ( vow renewal next year ) so decided rand WED2B customer services to see if other stores had this dress .. no only Manchester so two days later I made a special journey and just by luck only one left in blush that I wanted. Louise looked after me with such care and attention , she was outstanding and was honest with me . Her smile said it all . The other team members equally just fabulous and I cannot Thankyou all enough for such an increadible experience and my vow renewal dress will just looked perfect in my destination renewal of Lindos for our 10th wedding anniversary.”
