“Donna was fabulous! She was so thorough with asking about what I liked and what I didn’t want. She let me try on all the different styles possible! She was amazing at helping me change in and out of everything, and tried different options of sleeves, veils and belts etc on. Thank you so much Donna! You made me feel so at ease, and got emotional when I first tried on the dress (the first one as well!) as well as my family! Can’t thank you enough xxx”

“Freyja cardiff store I had such a lovely experience, Freyja was friendly, welcoming and listened to what I was looking for. As a plus size bride I was a little hesitant going into the appointment but Freyja made me feel completely at ease she was supportive, never pushy and created a space where I felt comfortable trying on dresses and ended up leaving with a gorgeous dress.”

“Ik heb een hele mooie en speciale ervaring gehad. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen, ik voelde mij gelijk om mijn gemak. Meerdere jurken mogen passen, totdat ik echt 100% zeker was van de jurk! “I would highly recommend NOT getting your bridesmaids dresses from this company. Very disappointed with the customer service as sizing was inaccurate, they refuse to return/exchange despite the error being due to discrepancies in sizing between trying on in-store and purchasing. I have now had to go and spend an additional £60 on top of the already overpriced dress just to get it to fit for the wedding day. The dress itself is poorly designed and made of cheap material. Such a waste for a dress I will only be wearing once and very disappointing that there seems to have been no real effort made by customer services to resolve this”

“Olivia was amazing, so patience and reassuring. I had an idea in my head but wasn't 100% sure. She listened and provided me with dresses and also a style I wasn't sure about which I ended up falling in love with something completely difference. Nothing was any trouble.”

“Fi❤️Newquay First time trying on dresses, and I found the one! Such a lovely experience, all ladies made me feel very welcomed and couldn't stop smiling from the start. She listened to my likes and dislikes and by doing that we found the one. She was patient and I didn't feel like I had to rush, she made me feel at-home even though I wasn't feeling too confident due to being postpartum. I would highly recommend!”

“I had an amazing experience on Thursday 28th August 2025 when I visited the Norwich store. I was very nervous but Mariya was fantastic right from the start she was bubbly and outgoing and very friendly she listened to everything I asked for. I felt comfortable and at ease we had lots of fun...and I found my perfect dress for me. I can't thank you enough x Highly recommended 👌”

“Amber was lovely and really understood my preferences for a wedding dress. The first one she picked, I bought. In terms of the shop itself, would have liked to have a bit of a look around some of the other dresses to see other styles, and maybe try some others on. The offer of a glass of water would have been good, as it was quite warm when trying on some dresses.”

“With three weeks to go before my daughters wedding we visited Wed2b in Brighton. The staff were amazing. Attentive , knowledgeable and so helpful. They discussed each dress Martha looked at, taking note of the features we liked best. Dress three had everything g she was looking for. I felt their help and guidance was invaluable. Prices were extremely reasonable including any extras we chose. Garments were packed beautifully and care taken to explain how best to hang, store and clean items. Luckily the dress fitted perfectly however we were assured that wed2b would manage any alterations through their seamstress, even with three weeks to go. I cannot praise or thank them enough for their professionalism, attention to detail and kindness. What could have been a stressful day, was in fact an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend Wed2b. Thank you Brighton branch. X”
