“I visited WED2B in Swindon recently with my daughter-in-law to be. While Amber, the lady who helped us, was lovely and very attentive, I was really disappointed by the behaviour of the woman at the front desk (who I assumed was the manager). She was abrupt and unnecessarily rude towards her staff members, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere during what should have been a really special and happy experience. When you’re shopping for something as important as a wedding dress, you expect professionalism and kindness, not tension and rudeness. It was such a shame, as Amber did her best, but the overall impression we left with was not a positive one.”

“The shop assistant was friendly, welcoming and gave us her full attention. But I felt a little pressured to buy a dress I wasnt 100% comfortable in. I'm glad I went with my gut and asked to try a smaller size because it fit so much better. In my experience in other bridal shops, the shop assistant never needed to be in the dressing room with me when I was putting dresses on. So I'm not sure why this was the case at wed2be. I felt a little uncomfortable to be undressed in a strangers presence. Also, I was shocked to see many add-ons on the receipt after my mother had already paid. These were things that were made to seem as if they were included in the purchase. I would not have bought them if I was given the choice beforehand. After reading other reviews on trustpilot, I now know that it wasnt just me that has experienced this exact thing which is very dissapointing. I love my dress but I must say the extras on the bill and pressure to buy somthing I clearly wasnt comfortable in put a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that going forward they can can be more transparent with brides, it would make the whole experience so much better!”

“I honestly can’t thank Lauren enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress. I was really nervous going into the appointment since I’m not usually a dress-wearer, but she made the whole experience feel completely stress-free — it was like a breath of fresh air. Lauren was incredibly patient and supportive as I tried on multiple styles, never rushing me and always making me feel comfortable. She has such a calming presence but also brings amazing energy — like your personal hype woman in the best way! In the end, I found a dress that I absolutely love and feel amazing in. I’m so grateful for her guidance, encouragement, and eye for what worked for me. Thank you again!”

“Emma in the Derby store was absolutely fantastic! I’d had quite a stressful day before shopping and Emma was extremely welcoming and made me feel so at ease. She ensured I took my time and really gave me the most outstanding experience. Nothing was too much trouble and most importantly I left feel like a princess. The world needs more Emma’s, I truly cannot thank her enough. Myself and bridal party absolutely loved her. Thank you again!!”

“I heard of Wed2B through a friend and arrived at the Leeds branch very nervous. The wonderful ladies put me right at ease, explained how it works then introduced me to Ruby who looked after me and helped me find my perfect dress. She helped me feel comfortable and put all my insecurities a side. I never thought I would have that sharp intake of breath moment or feel stunning. After trying 4 dresses on, (3 of which I would have been happy with) she pulled her wild card and there she was and then came the tears. I’ve never felt beautiful until today. Ruby is an asset to web2b and I’ll be forever grateful for her attentiveness, kindness and taking me on this journey that I had dreaded for a long time, being a fuller figured lady. I would recommend them and Ruby to anyone. It’s made my stress free wedding that much more perfect. Thank you!!”

“My daughter, her bridesmaids and myself went to the Nottingham shop yesterday, but it was already mid afternoon by the time we could all be together and the manageress there, although helpful told us that they were really busy and it would be approx 3 hours before they could assist us. We thought we would have to go back another day but she rang the Derby store (approx 30-40 mins drive away)who wasn’t as busy at that point, so we decided to try there. The manageress, Emma at the Derby store was also absolutely amazing with my daughter and us. My daughter was stressed when we arrived due to struggling to park and the fact it was nearly 5pm. Emma was fantastic and took it upon herself to personally help my daughter find a dress. She tried 4 dresses on, which in my opinion all look fabulous but decided that dress no 3 was the one she wanted and just like that, it was done! My daughter’s friend is a seamstress and said she would do any alterations necessary, so helping to save money by doing this. The reason I was really grateful for Emma, was that she was really professional, made great suggestions and not at all pushy with the ‘extras’ and stayed with her colleague much later than they should have to ensure my daughter had the right dress. Thank you so much for your help, my girl is going to look absolutely fabulous! The dress is beautiful and a great price compared to some we’ve seen. Thank you also to the manageress at Nottingham for her help in ringing up the Derby store to see if they could assist us, just when we thought the dress hunting wasn’t going to happen. We all came out relieved and happy especially my daughter that she found her dress. Brilliant staff!! Highly recommended.”

“Tara was brilliant with me today! Felt like id known her for years! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted! “I had a lovely experience at the Rotherham store, from entering the store we were greeted by all the friendly staff who went through everything with me. I was helped by Safia who was amazing and patient! She brought me some lovely dresses to try on and found me my perfect wedding dress. I would definitely recommend the store and Safia, it really made the whole experience lovely for me and my family. Thank you x”
