Lovely day! The staff were very nice and welcoming. The price's were amazing! My dress was £599 but looking it at you would think it cost alot more. Sukie listened to my likes and dislikes with no pushing me to have anything I didn't want to have and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Wed2B, would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with my experience today at Wed2B. I found the perfect dress I was looking for and went home with the dress of my dreams! The only downside was the waiting times to try on my dress once I had chosen my dresses to try. I was helped by Lauren in store today - she was very friendly and helped me every step of the way. I was nervous at first so she helped me to feel relaxed and answered all of my questions.

Lavenne was very helpful and friendly. I was so impressed with the service and staff are very nice in here! Prices are good too and a great place as you want to buy off the rack! Grateful for the help and great service.

The service was good, the only thing, I didn't like was, that I did not have enough choice in my size. There only was one dress, and it wasn't any dress available I earlier picked from the homepage, I wanted to try on.

Het enige wat ik aan te merken heb. De dames zeiden dat de kimono, hanger en tas gratis waren, maar die waren dus totaal niet gratis kwamen we thuis achter. Het is dat ik herstellende ben van een operatie mbt mijn hart anders had ik het terug komen brengen

We visited the Bromley branch on the 29th May and the staff were amazing, really helpful, friendly and polite. There was no rushing you and nothing was to much trouble with helping my daughter in and out of the dresses (only to buy the first dress she tried on) to getting accessories to try.

Steph was amazing and found me my perfect dress! I came into the store disheartened after a previous visit to another store, but she put me at ease straight away and knew exactly what I was looking for. She also helped me pick out the perfect veil and hairpiece. I would definitely recommend the Leeds store, the staff are so lovely!

The service at Milton Keynes store was good. I found my perfect dress & was offered all the accessories. The dress is being cleaned ready for me to collect in 2 weeks time.

When I first arrived I was rather annoyed to be told I had to wait up to 2hours to be seen giving this is a non appointment basis I did not expect this when I traveled 2 hours to get to the store. However it didn't take 2 hours until they could see me which was good. The girl caitlyn who help was lovely and very helpful and attentive. Although now I'm home feel like I didn't get to see any dresses of the style I wanted and I'm worried I've chosen the wrong dress for me..Also you do need to be careful of the extra fees for additional items. When I got home and looked at my receipt I realised I was charged for the hanger, a grey box and tote bag which if I'd known the cost of these i did not require them.. overall once seen the experience was good.

We would always advise arriving as early as possible or visiting on a weekday for a quieter experience. We can confirm the items that make up the storage package and accessories are all chargeable items, and can be found on your receipt individually listed. Our Bridal Advisors have our brides' best intentions at heart, and this would have been offered to you once it was decided that this was your dream gown, to ensure that no harm can come to it and that your perfect look was complete - we know how special it must be to you. Lily and Raquel who helped me choose a dress were terrific. The atmosphere in store is user friendly and there is a good range of dresses to try. The website implies you can’t book an appointment though some customer seemed to have so my advice would be to book if going on a Saturday to save waiting. That’s asked, the service was great and I’d thoroughly recommend

I think one thing you are not told is when you purchase your dream dress ( at a high cost ) to then take it home from the shop you are expected to by these cloth boxes or plastic hanging bags at a VERY high cost!!! I asked the girl does it not come in the plastic clear cover that it is has been stored in...her reply was no...so again what if we do not want to buy into spending a lot more on bags etc how would we get it after paying for the dress. She told us, "oh it would be stuffed in a black bag!!!!" I was so shocked....so not only spending 600.00 on a dress you do not get the clear cover. This should be told to brides to be when they enter the shop! They can not say "they are told when they come into the shop, because we have been there twice and was never told" after being conned, I saw another lady that was in the shop at the same time and I said you had to get something to take your dress home in too and she replied "Wish they had said before, what a con" I had to agree. The staff were treading on the dresses. You do not get to try a dress on ...like it and get a brand new one ....you get that one with other people's sweat and goodness knows how many people/staff trod on it...not as if the floors were clean either. I am so cross regarding this and I think ALL brides need to know....if you do not have the set tariffs for a bag or box or their sets. Expect a black bag!! Very unprofessional....it spoilt the experience....wouldn't recommended this company !!

I was served by Emma and could not have asked for anything more from her. She made me feel so at ease, never pressured me for anything and made what I thought would be a very stressful experience into a really fun one. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star was because we came on a busy day so had to wait a while and had to leave and come back when I wanted to try on more than 4 dresses. But once again, Emma was amazing!

Visited the Milton Keynes store this week & received a friendly professional service from both Maddie & Fiona who added the finishing touches to my wedding dress. I had an idea but their ‘eye & ideas’ was far better than mine. A huge thank you for your time.

Unfortunately, we did have to wait over 2 hours to try dresses on but got to try on bridesmaid dresses as we waited- which helped pass the time. But the wait was worth it. Ceri was so lovely and really helpful. She understood I wanted to find a similar dress to my first which I bought 3 years ago- but also something better and I did, so thank you Ceri!

Great variety of different dress styles, very inclusive in size for plus-sized people such as myself. Danielle was so lovely and attentive. She was also very knowledgeable. The only issue I would have is not having the ability to book an appointment, it was busy.

Het was een zeer aangenaam bezoek. We zijn vriendelijk onthaald, hebben eerst zelf een kijkje mogen nemen om onze keuze te bepalen en daarna werd ik supper vriendelijk geholpen door (Marika) een vrouw met kennis vanzaken zonder al te opdringgerig te zijn. Ik ben uiteindelijk buitengegaan met een supper goed gevoel en met de jurk van mijn dromen. Ik kan en zal dit adres aan iedereen aanbevelen. Als ik 1 klein opmerkingetje mag maken is het misschien dat je de wachtende persoon iets aanbied om te drinken (koffietje). Nogmaals hartelijk dank i

De jurk gevonden ( Wed2b Antwerpen ) met de hulp van stagiaire ( naam weet ik niet meer , jong meisje zwart haar , heel vriendelijk en adviserend ) . 4 jurken mogen passen , vond ik spijtig , voor meer moest ik terug wachten op mijn beurt . Gelukkig heb ik tussen de 4 jurken kunnen kiezen , de jurk Say to de dress. Dank u aan de stagiaire . Met vriendelijke groeten
