“Very pleasant and helpful assistants.. Dresses delivered too store in plenty of time. Just a little disappointed with the actual dresses as they were creased other than that very pleased.”

“Bought my bridesmaid dresses from here, there was good range of choice and colour, and the girls said the dresses felt comfortable. It was very easy and stress free and the staff were nice. Prices were very competitive too”

“I ordered my bridesmaid dresses at the beginning of Jan and they should have arrived by 29 April. They didn't arrive!! I received no contact at all from the company. I visited the Shirley branch and Charlotte was really helpful ringing round and making sure I had them for the following Thu. Although the dresses arrived late I felt that the problem.was rectified swiftly and I was happy with the outcome. The dresses are lovely and fit my bridesmaids perfectly (sizes 8 and 14). We only had to have the hems turned up. I would recommend the company but order your dresses well in advance so you're not under pressure.”

“Great experience and I said Yes to the dress however I got a shock when I realised I had to pay for storage box/bag and other little bits this should be made more clear when buying and I wasn't asked if I even wanted it just if I wanted the upgrade (so I presumed you only paid for the upgrade). Other than that I had a great time and would recommend with the heads up for the little extras that you don't realise you are paying for.”

“I had Taylor mae as my bridal consultant to help me with trying on my dresses and also providing the experience with my bridal party that came with me. She made my time really enjoyable to me finding my dream dress and really putting together the whole look.”

“Had a great experience at the Bolton store and Gill was extremely helpful and encouraging. She knew exactly which dress to pick and we all knew it was the one, it barely needs altering. The dresses are amazing quality and for great prices. Being able to take the dress home straight away is also great.”

“Hi I had a wonderful, friendly and engaging assistant named Matilda. Very attentive and informative with what was available in my size and choice of dress. Also Matilda came up with an alternative dress which ultimately was the dress i left WED2B with. Amazing!! Thank you all for your professionalism, it's a wonderful store very airy and spacious would recommend a visit not to mention the staff. Thank you WED2B.”

“We arrived at Wed2b with a friendly welcome. Straight away we were shown to the dresses that were the right size for myself. We then had to wait approximately 20 minutes to be able to use the changing rooms. Once in there the lady who took care of us 'alice' was amazing.. Made me feel really comfortable. Didn't feel rushed or under pressure. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I said yes to the dress on the 2nd dress out of a possible 6. Really happy with the service I received.”

“From start to leaving we had a lovely time at the Milton Keynes store. Emilia our assistant was very friendly, helpful and patient with me. We did have nearly a 2 hour wait to actually try on the dresses but it was a Saturday so no surprise that it was very busy. I do feel a refreshment area would be very beneficial in this store as we were not local and hadn't eaten since 9am, bearing in mind we left the store at 4.30pm, we were not advised of a water station either that was sat outside in the reception area. When home I was disappointed to see that over £90 of extras had been added on to my bill of which I was totally unaware of! this is something that I will be taking up with wed2be and is no reflection on the Milton Keynes store or its staff members themselves. This is why I have only given 4 stars.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I visited twice and I felt very looked after on both occasions and the ladies that helped me try the dresses on were patient and unbiased with each dress. I didn't get fake or pushy opinions but instead gave me ideas and options on how to accessorise each dress and what they thought I should try on next! The only downside is the wait time was quite long and you can only try on 4 dresses at a time but we did expect this as that is reflected in the price of the dresses and how the shop works! Overall, very happy with my purchase! Thank you.”

“Good Support, but the price culture is misleading. You say, we only sell our cloths with bag and Hanger, then I habe to pay them separately. That is not fine”
