“I went to the shop in Wrexham to shop for my wedding dress, and I had a great experience. We had to wait a little while to be served, but they were still attentive and it was lovely watching the other brides try on their dresses. I had Faith looking after me, and she was so lovely! Very patient and seemed to know exactly what I had in mind, she was very good helping me in and out of the dresses, and to think it was such a hot day bless her she was very on the ball. Would definitely recommend Wed2B Wrexham, the staff are very kind and can’t do enough for you.”

“Wij waren heel tevreden na ons bezoek aan Wed2B in Gent. We werden vriendelijk en goed geholpen. Ik vond uiteraard mijn droomjurk. We vonden het wel spijtig dat de verpakking en gadgets die we 'cadeau' krijgen eigenlijk werden verrekend voor €50. Dit was niet duidelijk! Er was geen begeleiding voor de suite/getuigen die kleedjes hebben gepast. Over het algemeen, zijn we met een positief gevoel buiten gegaan.”

Hi Laura, dankjewel dat je de tijd genomen hebt om een review te schrijven voor onze winkel in Gent. Wat vervelend om te horen dat dit foutief aan jullie is uitgelegd. We gaan dit dan ook zeker terug koppelen met onze winkel. Wij werken met een package deal, waar de box,bag hanger en eventueel kimono in een pakket zitten. Hopelijk is de trouwdag snel daar zodat jij mag en kan stralen in jouw droomjurk. Liefs, WED2B

“Visited Ocean Terminal Wed2b shop on Sunday. I had visited previously so knew exactly what style of dress I was looking for, sales assistant was very helpful. I chose 3 dresses to try on so I wasn't overwhelmed and fell in love with my second dress I tried on. Only thing I would change about my experience is for the sales assistant to be more open about the price. I went to pay for my dress and she had added bag, hanger, box and underskirt without asking if this was something I wanted. I had to ask the breakdown of the price and what it included.”

“Went into the Bournemouth Store and the assistant was very helpful with the bridesmaids dresses which tried on made a decision on which one colour style for an April wedding .Also while I was there I found a head piece for the Bride”

“I had to wait a long time before I could try on dresses but i went on a Saturday so likely to be busier. Polite staff who were unbiased and also supportive. Need to clarify to customers they can only try 4 dresses on when they make an appointment. Some very pretty dresses in a range of sizes.”
