“Super geholpen door de medewerkster (Manon). Wij moesten lang wachten maar toen we aan de beurt waren, nam de medewerkster alle tijd voor ons. Ook nog na sluitingstijd.”

“I have said "yes to the dress" today with the help of the lovely assistant, Emily. Emily listened to me and chose me dresses reflecting what I had said,she also made it very personal and loved the little note she left in my bag. My only disappointment was that they didn't have the dresses I saw online which would have been nice to try but I love the one I've got anyway,thank you xx”

“Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Purchased my friends bridesmaid dress which is gorgeous, only downside I had to pay £10 for a dress bag to bring it home as it only comes in a thin see through cover . But apart from that a good experience”

“I had such a wonderful experience at web2be & found the dress of my dreams. The staff were so helpful & knew exactly what I liked & didn’t like to create the perfect look for me. I had a lovely lady called Emma & it was only her second week there & she smashed it. Well done.”

“Sehe guter Service, fehlte nur der Sekt oder Kaffee wie man es von anderen Brautmodengeschäften gewohnt ist. Dann wäre es perfekt gewesen. Hätte mir auch noch mehr verschiedene Kleider gewünscht in meiner Größe gewünscht.”

“Naomi was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the dresses. There was not a lot of choice but I was able to find the perfect dress. I recommend visiting on weekdays because you cannot make an appointment.”

“Personeel was erg vriendelijk en goed geholpen, alleen jammer erg jammer dat er geen koffiecorner aanwezig was, alleen water . Misschien een idee dat de er een koffiecorner bij de ingang te zetten met stoeljes dat de mensen die wachten daar kunnen drinken. En daarna naar de paskamer gaan. Voor de rest een prima zaak en ben super blij met mijn aankoop van mijn trouwjurk foto volgen nog.”

Omdat wij ‘off the peg’ werken, dit betekend dat als je verliefd wordt op een jurk je hem dezelfde dag koopt en gelijk mee naar huis neemt, willen wij ervoor zorgen dat de jurken netjes en verzorgd bijven, vandaar dat wij allen water aanbieden. “Very happy with the service we received, would have liked a ranger variety of colours and sizes. But bought my bridesmaid dresses they’re stunning! And very reasonably priced. Only slight downfall is one of my bridesmaid is of a bigger build and they kept highlighting her size making her feel a little uncomfortable.”

“Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit. Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen. Was mich gestört hat, dass der Laden unten nicht ausgeschildert war, er musste gesucht werden und das bei der Abnahme eines Hochzeitskleides auch eine Transportbox mit abgenommen werden muss, dass ist nicht in Ordnung, denn nachdem man sein Kleid gefunden hat, möchte man es auch nicht dort lassen, nur weil man nicht die Transportbox nehmen möchte. Dies sollte transparenter gestaltet werden.”

“Visited Wed2B Milton Keynes last weekend to find my wedding dress. I was really nervous for this process and my family live abroad so I had no entourage. Jess and Fiona were so kind, friendly and made the whole process easy. I can’t thank them enough for helping me find my dress. I can’t wait to pop back in this weekend to pick my dress up!”
