“I’ve been to multiple Wed2be stores whilst searching for a dress (Brighton, Milton Keynes & Cardiff). The best experience I had was in the Milton Keynes store - Sharelle (usually based in the London store) was really flexible during our visit (as we had a newborn & 6 month old with us), allowing us plenty of time and even helping us move our bags around the different sections of the store as needed. Sharelle allowed us to look through the dresses in addition to the options we’d picked out online. This was really helpful as I didn’t feel like I’d missed anything. Sharelle listened to every bit of feedback on the dresses to help me narrow down the search & even picked out a more ‘wild card’ option she recommended for me, which was the dress I ended up going for! Sharelle was incredibly informative and helpful during our visit & at no point made us feel at all rushed compared to other experiences. Thank you so much!”

“I absolutely love my wedding dress and the staff were amazing. My only issues were my petticoat had a hole in it when it came to getting it out of the bag. And they really need to change their bridesmaids dresses from time to time. I ordered my dresses in the exact same sizes that fit my girls perfect and when they came I was stuck with a dress that didn’t fit because of the no returns.”

“Lots of choice and beautiful dresses! The first time me and mum waited 2 and a half hours to be seen so go early, the second time I went early with a bridesmaid and was seen straight away. There’s so many different gowns so the gowns were totally different from the first time I went there. Super friendly staff helped me find everything I needed to go with my dress really beautiful so happy I have found my dress!!”

“I went on a Thursday so the shop was quiet, we were the only ones there. First impressions were that the store was very well laid out with nice decoration. I was assisted by Laiba who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a wide selection of dresses so I was able to try a few styles until I found the one! the only negative I have is the added extras which I know many people have commented on.”

“Great establishment. Very polite and helpful staff - especially Hollie. Lots of compliments and great talking. Very professional. Could be made extra special with the offering of a drink and an in-house seamstress would make it 5*.”

“Mooie winkel (Antwerpen) Genoeg keuze uit betaalbare jurken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat goed hielp bij het passen van de jurken. Jammer dat het zo moeilijk was om parkeerplaats te vinden.”

“Really great lady helped me with dress in regards to choosing and advising. Would highly recommend. The only reason I gave 4stars instead of 5 was that i felt pushed into buying extra items at the till and things such as hanger, bags and carrier case were added onto my bill without asking first.”

“Went to Rotherham store Good Friday, was served by Maari who was really lovely. Only downside to visit it all felt a little rushed as they only had the one fitter working,they wasn't expecting to be busy but unfortunately it was, so I was only allowed to try 4 dresses on. I did get a dress, not sure if would have been my first choice if had more time to try others on. Also don't set your heart on any dresses on the website as they only have what's in store on the day you visit, so go with an open mind.”

“Mijn ervaring bij Wed2B was goed. Wel had ik het idee dat de verkoopster die mij hielp wat onervaren was, de (denk ik) storemanager sprong een aantal keren bij om advies te geven e.d. wat wel fijn was. Jammer vond ik dat ik en mijn gezelschap niks te drinken aangeboden kregen. Ook niet bij het moment dat ik "ja" had gezegd tegen mijn droomjurk. Als dat wel was geweest het het de ervaring net iets fijner/luxer aan laten voelen. Al met al een mooie winkel, met leuke verkoopsters en ik heb mijn droomjurk gevonden, dus zeker geslaagd!:)”

Door onze 'off the peg' werkwijze, neem je jouw droomjurk dezelfde dag mee naar huis! Omdat wij willen dat onze jurken netjes en verzorgd de winkel verlaten vinden wij het een te groot risico, ander drinken te schenken dan water. “I was dreading my visit as a more mature bride I had nightmares about trying dresses on. My consultant was so lovely and let me try on lots of styles to find the right one for me I felt at ease and able to say yes to my dress! Very happy and relived I feel like a bride 👰‍♂️ The only reason it is not five star is that I also looked for bridesmaid dresses and my sister and daughter were not given the same special treatment. Bridesmaids choice is just as nerve wracking and important as choosing brides dress. And help with advice dressing and zipping up still needed. Maybe worth two visits so you can help your bridesmaids at their appointment and not do both in one day”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, I was a bit worried when I went in that they didn't have any of the dresses I wanted to try on but I picked out 3 and the second one I tried on was the one. I was in and out in 1.5hrs”

“Meine Beraterin Mercedes war sehr nett und hat mir gut geholfen mein passendes Kleid zu finden. Das einzige war das ich nicht gefragt wurde ob ich die Box Kleiderbügel und Kleidersack kaufen möchte sondern es wurde einfach davon ausgegangen...sonst war ich sehr zufrieden”

“I was very nervous to go dress shopping and was scared there wouldn't be any options in my size. From the moment I entered the shop in Surbiton I felt welcomed and supported. Caitlin who served me, put me at ease straight away and was chatty and kind the whole way through. She listened to what I wanted and helped me to customise the look of the dress to fit what I had in mind. Thank you for making the experience so positive. Can't wait to put my dress back on.”

“This was the 1st time I had entered a bridal store. Our attendant, Mai, made us all feel comfortable from the get go. She really listened to my ideas about what dress style I felt would suit me. Her feedback, when I was trying on the dresses, was valued and welcomed. She gave advice about how the dress could be altered to fit my height (5"). Mai was super helpful, and patient, whilst I deliberated over the dresses..especially as I was nervous as well as excited. The price of the dress was affordable, but I was disappointed to learn that the underskirt was not discounted, especially as this is a must to help the wedding dress sit and move without problems. The sales assistants/ attendants were all friendly, courteous and helpful. A lovely atmosphere in the store. Thanks for my dress...I can't wait to wear it!”

“Had a lovely experience at Wed2B Wednesbury, which was completely down to the service provided by Hollie. Nothing was too much trouble; she made me feel at ease and also helped to include the people I brought with me. Very satisfied.”

“Becks was really lovely and so helpful. She really went the extra mile to get everything sorted for us. One thing to bear in mind is that the deposit you put on a dress really is non refundable. You can’t use it to buy extra accessories if you don’t finally decide to get the dress there. It is explained at the time though.”
