“Absolutely amazing experience ❤️ All the staff were brillant and so friendly Donna was fabulous couldn't of been more helpful especially when what I said I wanted to what she suggested was completed different but she read me perfectly and found my the most stunning dress 😍 Thank you yo all the ladies”

“Hey there! I recently visited Wed2be, and I had an amazing time trying on different dresses. From the moment I met Jazz, she was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Even though she’s just started working there, she had an eye for style and knew exactly what would suit me. I can’t thank her enough! During my visit, Jazz picked out a few different styles for me to try on. On my third dress try, I instantly knew this was the one! I couldn’t resist and said yes to my wedding dress! Jazz also perfectly matched my wedding dress with a lovely veil. It was all so perfect! I just want to express my gratitude to Jazz for making me feel beautiful not only during my visit but also when I’m getting married in August 2026. I know I’ll feel incredibly confident and happy knowing I love my dress. All the staff I met during my stay were incredibly friendly and made my family and me feel comfortable and happy at Wed2be. It was a truly wonderful experience! Thank you so much Jazz!”

“I went into the Derby store and from start to finish it was amazing. My consultant Gabi was exceptional throughout the whole process, any questions or concerns I had she answered. “You have some pretty dresses and a good range for different tastes. The lady who greeted us (sorry I forgot your name) was absolutely lovely, explained everything in detail and very helpful. However, my stylish/assistant wasn't as good. She was polite and helpful, but it just didn't seem like her heart was in it. She brought me the types of dresses I wanted, but I was also looking for some advice or ideas (after all she knows what's in the range better than me) and I didn't get that. Also at the end of my appointment I asked for a quote and she just showed me the total on a tablet, but didn't let me know scroll to see it in detail. After all, I'd like to know exactly what I'm paying for and be able to price compare with other options. I asked for the quote to be sent to my email, she said she can give me a paper copy instead. Fair enough I thought. But the paper copy was just a card where she wrote the dress price, listed all the accessories (without prices) and then the total. Again, not quite useful. In the end I had to reach out over email to get the breakdown. Also, in general I think it's a bit ridiculous to ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit just to reserve a dress. I understand you're not a typical boutique and your business model depends on a fast turnaround, but realistically it's unfair to expect people to either pay 1K+ on the spot or potentially lose 100 because they want to think about their dress choice. A wedding dress is a big investment (for many brides the most important part of their day) and weddings are already very expensive. So this policy just adds extra stress to an already overwhelmed bride-to-be. Maybe instead you can offer to reserve a dress for free for a week? Or reduce the deposit to £50 instead.”

“Absolutely cannot fault the girls at all for today’s help in picking my dream dress. Both Lynsey and Kiri had their work cut out with me and they spent hours ensuring I felt comfortable and happy and both myself and my bridal party had happy tears and I don’t get emotional often. So thank you both so much for such a positive and amazing experience xx”

“I visited the Chelmsford Wed2b store a couple of days ago - just to see what was available - and ended up saying yes to a beautiful wedding dress! I had the most wonderful experience, even though both my parents were ill and couldn’t be there in person. From the start, the warm welcome from Chloe and the way she put me at ease really enhanced the visit. Tilly was equally as fantastic and guided me through different styles and fits without making me feel rushed or confused. They were happy for my friends to take lots of photos and we video called my parents so they could see what I was trying on. You were right Chloe, the wildcard was the best! My advice to anyone thinking about where to get their wedding dress….. get over to the Wed2b Chelmsford shop right now!”
