“I cannot recommend WED2B Bromley highly enough. From the moment I arrived ladies at the shop were warm, kind and endlessly patient with my requests and expectations. Big thank you to Faye, she helped me truly visualise each option, trying different sleeves and thoughtful ways to cover my arms because I was set on sleeves. She listened to my dislike of lace and never pushed styles I didn’t want. With calm confidence and clear expertise, Faye gently encouraged me to try styles I hadn’t considered. When she suggested an elegant A-line, my idea of the “perfect” dress began to change, a completely different look than I’d imagined suddenly felt right. Then my sister’s “wild card” pick was brought out; I was certain it wouldn’t suit me, but it turned out to be the one. Faye’s patience, positivity and genuine love for her work made the whole experience effortless and joyful. She even took wonderful care when sorting and packing my dress. If you want someone who listens, guides with kindness, and helps you find the dress you didn’t know you were dreaming of, ask for Faye. I said YES to the dress thanks to her and my sister ❤️ P.S. I’d paid £30 for an appointment at another shop and didn’t receive half the care, effort or result I got at WED2B — and Faye’s help was completely free. I will add my wedding dress photos after my wedding day next June ☺️”

“Nach dem betreten des Ladens wurden wir super herzlichen von Gunda empfangen. Es wurde super auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, aber Gunda hat auch selber super Ideen eingebracht. Es war auch alles so ehrlich und nichts aufgesetzt. Es war einfach rundum perfekt! Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen.”

“Lovely dresses and easy to order. Not impressed that having spent nearly £800 on bridesmaid dresses that I was then expected to pay £70 in dress bags to bring the dresses home. They wouldn't even give me clear plastic dress bags to get them home. Managed to buy 6 bags on amazon for £3 each. Terrible that a national shop like this thinks its worth getting a bad review over the cost of some plastic bags.”

“All the ladies were lovely in the shop, Courtney was the assistant that helped me and nothing was too much trouble for her , she was warm and friendly and you could tell she knew her job brilliantly . I felt very relaxed and really enjoyed the experience, if I was unsure about anything she would see how we could change this, I left really happy with my purchase , really great experience, thankyou”

“My first experience dress shopping at the Cardiff branch and walked away with tears. After waiting for a couple of hours the member of staff called us through, no real welcome but understood it had been a busy day for them. I was a little unsure on exactly what I wanted but had spent time going through the rails and photographing the tags on the dresses I wanted to try on. After the second dress the member of staff helping questioned whether or not I was truthful about my dress size (I’m a 12-14) I felt very deflated at this point questioning whether could even look good in anything. I tried on a further dress which wasn’t right and asked about the dresses that I had chose to which I was told they just wouldn’t have anything in my size. I decided to leave and again on the way out staff made us feel unwelcome by pushing the door shut behind, not even giving my sister a chance to walk through properly. I am sure there are beautiful dresses and maybe the one for me in the store but I would rather go somewhere that makes their customers feel comfortable than spend my money in a chain that clearly does not value customer service.”

“From the moment I walked into Wed2B Liverpool, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Millie assisted me from start to finish, and she was truly incredible. She took the time to ask what styles I liked, understood my anxiety, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Millie looked after both me and my mum with such kindness and care, turning what could have been a stressful experience into something really special. Her knowledge and advice were beyond amazing, she seemed to know exactly what would suit me, and the first dress she chose ended up being the one! I honestly can’t thank her enough for making the whole process so easy, enjoyable, and memorable. I couldn’t recommend Wed2B, and especially Millie, enough 💕”

“Vandaag anderhalf uur gereden om de jurk van mijn dochter te ruilen. Daar aangekomen bleef verkoopster Liesbeth verkondigen dan onze jurk niet verkoopbaar was. Zij betichttemijn dochter er van dat de jurk gedragen zou zijn. Deze kwam echter zo in doos van filiaal Rotterdam af. Zij hebben ons blijkbaar een tweede hands jurk verkocht !. Alle mooie beloftes van customer care waren ook niet bekend. Het "feestje" werd een hel. Kortom koop nooit een jurk bij wed2b. Je wordt bedoeld waar je naast staat. En liesbeth is om je te schamen !”

“Lauren was extremly helpful in helping me choose my perfect wedding dress. She took all my considerations in and showed me dresses i love. Considering that I will be 7 months pregnant at my wedding, Lauren advised what dresses can be altered and in what places. The atmosphere was very friendly and warm. Prices for the dress and accessories were reasonable and i fit inb my budget while getting a dress, veil, tiara and underskirts.”
