“Great service at the Chelmsford branch Amber listened carefully to my daughter and wasn’t pushy with choices and gave my daughter different ideas letting her lead the search until she said yes to the dress! I would definitely use this branch again.”

“Maria was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what I liked and what I didn't like. She made sure to ask my opinion before giving hers. She pulled dresses I wouldn't have thought of and I got my dress because of her expertise. Im not the typical girly bride and Sue was non judgemental. A credit to your store!”

“Visited today with to look for a wedding dress for my sister. Lauren was extremely helpful and kind. All the other staff members were polite and nice, but Lauren was a massive exception. She made all of us feel very comfortable and welcome. We walked in and did not really know what kind of dress we were looking for and Lauren spent the day making sure we seen all different styles and materials. Lauren engaged in conversation with the entire bridal party, getting to know each of us as well as the bride. We certainly hit lucky with Lauren!”

“We initially went in a previous day to look at BM dresses before we got the girls to come in. We were told by a member of staff that we could get Eden dress in the burnt orange fabric which we loved. Fast forward to today and we brought our 3 bridesmaids in to try the dresses on and order. We were then informed by another member of staff that Eden cant be done in this colour. Very disappointed as we had to go with another style of dress. Staff today very helpful and purchased the 3 dresses”

“Elli was absolutely lovely. Coming from some who was very apprehensive about wedding dress shopping, she made me feel very comfortable and relax and made it a very enjoyable experience. Not only did I enjoy the experience but I also found my wedding dress!!!”

“Karolina was absolutely amazing today. She was very attentive knew exactly what we were looking for from my description and the first dress she picked was the dress I said yes too! She was very patient. She listened to mine and my family feedback and just made the experience so lovely. There was no pressure, she gave great ideas & she had great attention to detail to make it the perfect dress. Thanks, Karolina”

“I said yes to the dress! Chelsea was brilliant, very patient and knowledgeable about what styles would suit based on the feedback I had for each dress. I was there for a couple of hours and tried on 7 dresses, and many veils, and left with the second dress I tried. The dresses are beautiful quality and well made, on par with the dresses I’ve tried at other boutiques. Being able to try dresses in your size was incredibly helpful too. The Milton Keynes store is big and spacious and while there are other brides there, this added to the experience and the changing rooms were very private. Thank you again to Chelsea and Wed2b!”
