“My daughter said ‘yes’ to the dress yesterday at your Stoke on Trent store. The attention we received from Julia the moment we walked in for the next 2 1/2 hours was truly amazing! Julia was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Julia was so knowledgeable & she knew exactly which accessories complimented the dress my daughter chose. Thank you Julia for making my daughter’s day so special & for making us cry when she found ‘the one’ Can’t thank you enough….”

“Wij zijn super goed en vriendelijk ontvangen, er werd gevraagd wat de bruid in gedachten heeft en op basis hiervan zijn we samen met de dame van de winkel opties gaan bekijken. De bruid (mijn nicht) was wat onzeker en vond niet meteen haar stijl. Er werd mee nagedacht over de opties en stijlen en met heel veel geduld hebben ze dit aangepakt. Resultaat: buiten gaan met een goed gevoel en de bruid haar prachtige jurk en accessoires. Zeer aangename ervaring, lief en vriendelijk personeel.”

“Went to Wed2b today, just for a browse, no intention of buying a dress. Was a bit nervous, wedding dress shopping bringing it all to reality. Was paired with the beautiful Layla who not only made me feel soooo much better, she listened to all my likes and dislikes and pulled some stunning dresses. In fact the first dress I tried on thanks to her knowledge and paying attention to what I was looking for ended up being the dress we walked out of the door with. So, after just going for a browse I ended up leaving with a dress that was everything I wanted x cannot thank Layla enough not only did she make me feel a million times better but we ended up having a good laugh too. 100% recommend giving wed2b a try and if all else fails, the settees are rare comfy x”

“From the moment I walked into the store, Denise was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with such warmth, kindness, and a great sense of humour that instantly put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her — she went above and beyond to help me find the wedding dress of my dreams. I’m quite self-conscious, but Denise made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her genuine care and expertise made the experience not only easy but truly enjoyable for both me and my family. Denise is an absolute asset to your company and is phenomenal at her job. “Holly and the team were fantastic. I was an absolute mess as I'd decided to look at dresses on my own. I also have Autism which made the whole wedding planning process incredibly overstimulating. Despite these challenges, Holly listened and completely understood. She hyped me up and held my hand through (figuratively) throughout the whole process. Not only that, in only three dresses she found me the perfect fit. She explained every part of the process and let me ask a million questions until I was the most happy and comfortable that I could hope to be. It's a huge expensive purchase, buying a wedding dress, and you need utmost confidence in what you're getting. Well, wed2be and Holly gave me that in spades and I'm glad that it's a major part of the day ticked off now. Thank you again everyone!”

“I have been to WED2B twice. First time in may and picked a dress. Again in October, they were kind enough to offer an exchange when they did not have to and I can happily say I had the most incredible experience both times. I went to the Southampton branch, helped by the most incredible women both times. I cannot recommend WED2B Southampton enough. I am absolutely in love with my dress and could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!”
