“Experience in the store was excellent, staff were very nice. Reason for 4 star was because since January I was ringing every week looking for The Esme flower girl dress, and although it was available on the UK, site I couldn’t get it sent to the Dublin store, it would have been so much easier if it could have been shipped over to the Dublin store. I eventually got the dress in the Dublin store and I am extremely happy with the purchase, the quality and the price are brilliant. Regards Lorraine Jones 00353863638497”

“The ladies were so lovely, friendly, and helpful, particularly Kathrin who looked after me. It was so stress-free not having to make an appointment and I came away with a truly lovely dress. All up it would have been a 5-star experience, but I would have liked more transparency regarding the extras. For example, I was told that the robe was "simply included in the package", but when it came to paying at the register, I didn't pay for a package (where you might assume it is a bit cheaper), but was charged for each item separately. Even the robe that I didn't actually want. That experience left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth after what had been a really positive experience.”

“I have visited Wed2b in Bolton twice, after a change of heart about my wedding dress. We unfortunately had to put back our wedding date by a year because of COVID and as my dress had been sat in the box for 18 months when it came to the fitting I just wasnt happy with it anymore. Sophie served me on my 2nd visit and she was fantastic so warm & welcoming and really helped me to find a dress that I'm happy with. She was so patient as I was very undecided and tried on a lot of different dresses, but she wanted me to be sure and she was just brilliant. The only downside was there was a small mark on the dress I loved but which I handn't noticed but they did alert me to it and kindly discounted the dress. My Wed2b experience was great overall, would have been better if I had been able to return my original dress as it was in perfect original condition so was just a bit of a shame. But overall I was really happy with the service and my second dress, a huge thank you to Sophie for being fantastic.”

“Lovely knowledgeable staff but pushy with the sale of add on items. Really nice experience in the Glasgow store who were so helpful when I was stressed out trying to pick a dress. The only downside to the experience is that the staff are clearly heavily targeted to sell add on items. It can get a bit pushy in terms of sales tactics near the end of the visit. Once you've picked your dress you'll be heavily encouraged to also buy an underskirt, veil, tiara/hair items, travel bag, garmet bag and hanger from Wed2b. I politely explained I didn't need the majority of this but the sales tactics ramped up somewhat towards the pushy side. I can imagine some might find this off putting and difficult to say no to. Apart from that I would recommend!”

“Ik ben fantastisch geholpen door Karin. Luisterde naar waar ik dacht naar op zoek te zijn. Uiteindelijk met een andere prachtige trouwjurk de deur uit. 1 -puntje: Helaas op dat moment niet veel keus qua grote maten.”

“Twee keer langs geweest, beide keren erg goed geholpen en geadviseerd en uiteindelijk mijn trouwjurk en accessoires gekocht. Zeer te spreken over de kwaliteit van mijn trouwjurk! Enkel vielen er al diamantjes van mijn sluier bij het uit de verpakking halen, deze er opnieuw aangezet. Na mijn trouwdag miste er helaas nog veel meer, dit is erg jammer.”

“Afgelopen Maandag ben ik voor de eerste keer in een bruidswinkel geweest. Ik heb gekozen voor deze winkel omdat ik de jurk gelijk mee kon nemen. Ik heb na een duidelijke uitleg van de ( lieve !) verkoopster verteld wat ik ongeveer zocht. Ze heeft 4 jurken gepakt die ik gepast heb en waarvan nummer 3 met een kanten jasje lekker zat en mooi stond. Maybett , de verkoopster heeft het keurig afgerond zelfs na sluitingstijd. Ik ben zeer tevreden.”

“I came to the store with a completely open mind about what style dress I’d like! I wanted to try them on first before I dismissed any sort of style or design. I totally left it up to Nic to choose what she thought might be right for me after a chat to get some ideas first. The first three dresses were stunning, I fell in love with the first one I tried but there was just a little something missing. The second one was stunning but not for me, the third was the right material but not design but the fourth dress, oh wow, it was perfect in every way, not one thing could I fault with it, it was made for me, fitted like a glove!!! Nic, you nailed it! She then put the veil and tiara on and I felt like a princess! I didn’t want to take any of it off, this was going to be my outfit for my big day, I love it all. My experience was brilliant and my entourage all had tears in their eyes! This store in Exeter is most definitely worth a visit all you brides to be!!”
