“I had a wonderful experience in store . Ella helped me try on numerous amounts of dresses and used her expertise advice to help me find the perfect dress. Ella was very patient and friendly! 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!”

“Getting my wedding dress has felt so daunting, but Chloe made me feel so comfortable, and helped me find an amazing dress, and she really helped calm my anxiety and just made the whole experience more chilled! I wasn't sure what dress I was looking for but Chloe quickly found two I loved, and was happy to listen and let me try a few other styles to really be sure. What I had initially been so apprehensive of turned into such a fun and memorable experience, so thank you sooo much to Chloe!”

“Wow, Louise in the Exeter store was fantastic! I purchased a dress from the Newquay store which I came away regretting as I didn’t get the immediate love for the dress. I called customer care, who very kindly said I could exchange in Exeter as they are closer to me. Louise was absolutely amazing! I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived and nothing at all was too much trouble. We went in with a few dress ideas we had found online and Louise did the rest! I didn’t feel pressured or rushed, I felt listened too and so comfortable. Louise helped me find my perfect dress and I cannot wait to show everyone on our big day! 🤍 this was my second visit to the Exeter store, the first visit I had Chloe looking after me who was also fabulous, thank you so much ladies!”

Their expertise helped me navigate the selection with ease, offering valuable advice while respecting my personal style and preferences. The range of dresses was impressive, with stunning designs that catered beautifully to all shapes and sizes. I was delighted to find a gown that not only fit perfectly but truly made me feel like a bride—elegant, radiant, and completely myself. Thank you also for recommending the seamstress. “Really can’t fault my time at Wed2be. We were greeted by the lovely Grace, who took the time to get to know me and find out what I was hoping to find. She chose a variety of dresses for me to try, all of which were beautiful and similar to what I was looking for. We also got given the opportunity to have a browse on the shop floor, where we chose one final dress to try. This ended up being THE dress. Throughout the whole process, Grace was calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pushed or forced into anything, she allowed me the time to really take in each dress and say how I felt. I felt like she really knew me by the end and could tell what I wanted. Loved the whole experience and have found my dream dress, thank you Wed2be!”

They went above and beyond to make sure I felt relaxed and confident while trying on wedding dresses — nothing was ever too much to ask.
