“I visited WED2B in Bromley with my Mum and Sister. We were looked after by Faye who was wonderful, although I went with an open mind there were a few things that I wanted,Faye found dresses that were a close match. I didn’t feel rushed and Faye showed an interest in my big day. I found two dresses which I was torn between, but I had an appointment booked at another bridal shop. Guess what…..After trying on several dresses I kept thinking about the last dress I tried on at WED2B, my Sister quickly phoned them and asked them to put it by for me to collect. One thing we did notice compared to other bridal shops was that refreshments were not offered or provided, which would have been a nice little addition. Overall it was a lovely experience, Faye and the team were very welcoming.”

“Absolutely amazing experience. I went by myself to choose my dress and I felt so comfortable. All staff were amazing and really helped me but Elise was really fantastic and listened to me and chose a dresses which I loved.”

“I visited Wed2b Surbiton with my mum and nan to try on wedding dresses. We were looked after by Sarah who was absolutely lovely, so sweet and patient. We didn’t feel rushed and she chatted to us and made us feel very looked after. It was a really lovely experience. I found a dress that I loved and Sarah also took the time to show us accessories and give us advice about alterations. The only possible thing slightly missing was some prosecco to drink! I think Wed2b doesn’t provide this in general but it would’ve been a nice addition as we were there for a few hours. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and every member of staff at Wed2b Surbiton was super helpful and absolutely lovely to us. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to other brides!”

“I had an amazing experience at Wed2B in Gent. Sohad made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the changing area. She really listened to what i wanted and found me the perfect dress!! She didn't push others dresses and just made everything so much easier. I could tell they were incredibly knowledgeable. The really took their time to find me dresses - to put them on me and to make me look like a real life princess. A truly amazing experience !! And to finish this amazing experience, she let my sister in law also try on one of their dresses, it just made everything perfect. It felt so much more then just a weddingstore.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at the Hinckley shop, greeted with a smile and welcome by the ladies, this goes a long way in my book 😊. I have been twice, once for my wedding dress and a second time with my bridesmaids - on both occasions the ladies were great, huge shout out to Katie and Amelia, you are a credit to WED2B - but equally all the ladies do a wonderful job 🥰”

“I just bought my dress with the help of Chloe Mc at the Manchester store and I cannot praise her enough. Throughout the whole process (3 visits to the store) she was there with the best advice and positive attitude which made the experience so enjoyable. “I bought my dress from the Rotherham store back in march 2025, I had the lovely Evie who made my experience magical she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly I’d definitely recommend the Rotherham store to anyone. I ended up saying yes to the dress and walking away with the biggest smile ever I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Hats off to the ladies at the Rotherham store.”

“Janne hat sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen und hat auf meine Wünsche geachtet. Sie hat auch auf Wünsche meiner Begleiterinnen sehr gut reagiert und ausprobiert. Ich habe mit Hilfe von Janne für mich das perfekte Kleid gefunden und Janne hatte noch das passende i-Pünktchen für mich heraus gesucht, was mein Outfit komplett und perfekt gemacht hat. Janne und Vanessa waren sehr herzlich und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut beraten gefühlt. Kleinen Kritik Punkt habe ich. Das Kleid ist mit 799 € ausgezeichnet, 899 € habe ich bezahlt, was mir leider erst zu Hause aufgefallen ist. Habe sofort angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, ich solle ein Foto machen und eine E-Mail schicken. Diese habe ich an die Kundenbetreuung geschickt und habe noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten.”

“I came in today just for a first look at dresses and I was very unsure of what I was looking for. Beck’s was so so lovely and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable, really listened to what I liked and then straight away pulled out MY dress. To top it off, Becks and the team were so patient with me as tried on different dresses and whilst I waited for someone to come and look at the dress. They were also very accommodating to my grandma and helped to make sure she was always comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
