The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect dress. They listened carefully to what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the different styles, fabrics, and fits. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, even when I felt a little overwhelmed with choices. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to make sure I felt confident and comfortable in every dress I tried on. Thanks to their support and expertise, I found the dress of my dreams. “I had the best afternoon yesterday in the Camberley store! We were well looked after from start to finish by the gorgeous girl with short black hair and septum, nose and lip piercings - she was incredible and probably the perfect person to help us - she was so kind, really listened to me and my family, really made the experience fun and comfortable. I had been to try on wedding dresses before in 2020, but the wedding ended up cancelled due to COVID, and the experience was completely different due to restrictions at the time. I am so glad I was able to return and be able to have the full experience. Thank you so much to everyone in the Camberley store.”

“I bought my dress from WED2B Milton Keynes yesterday (23/05/2025) on my second visit to the store and it was the dress I originally fell in love with. Georgia was so helpful, kind and just absolutely amazing all round, she helped me on both of my visits and she absolutely nailed what I was looking for from the get go. I am now going to feel like an absolute princess on my big day and it’s all thanks to Georgia and the ladies at WED2B for being so accommodating in every single way. “Anine is a truly special person. I'm so glad she was the first wedding dress consultant I met. She set the bar so high that no one else came close in any of the other stores I visited. She not only listened carefully and suggested amazing options, but she is also a true psychologist. I loved her approach, and all of her suggestions were spot on. Wed2B was the cleanest store I visited. It was also the most affordable, yet the quality of the materials far exceeded what I saw elsewhere. I tried on around 6–7 dresses, and I felt good in every single one of them.”

“I had the most amazing experience at the Edinburgh store on Wednesday. Ellie greeted me with a relaxed and smiley welcome and I immediately felt at ease, all my worries disappeared. It honestly felt like I was in the company of really trusted friends. My mum who is a different generation to me also felt completely at ease which made me happy too. I was listened to and the girls really knew their knowledge about the dresses. Ellie recommended the perfect veil to compliment my dress. I would highly recommend visiting this very helpful store.”

“I went to Wed2Be in Exeter yesterday (Thursday evening). It was my first time trying dresses on and I'm not a dress person in daily life at all (I live in black and baggy). Naturally I was nervous and worried that nothing would suit me. Megan was fantastic from the start! She took the time to listen to what I had in mind and get to know the styles I would feel most comfortable in. I had my eye on one dress, and they had it in the shop in my size (plus size girl here). I tried it on and fell in love with it! I couldn't believe how well it fit and how comfortable I felt. Megan found a few other dresses and styles which I tried but ultimately, we came back to first one. She was so patient and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. All the dresses are so reasonably priced, and I love that we could just pop in, no appointment, it made the whole experience feel so chilled and easy. Thanks, Megan, for being so brilliant and making an 'out of my comfort zone' bride to be very happy! I can't wait to wear my beautiful dress on the big day :)”

“I visited wed2b Hinckley on Saturday 10th May. I arrived at around 11am and got greeted and put into the system. I had to wait about 10 minutes on some comfortable sofas before an assistant became available. I had the pleasure of having Amelia as my assistant. I was super nervous but she really put me at ease and asked me some questions about my wedding and what I was looking for in a dress. She explained the process to me clearly and took me into the cubicle while my entourage sat outside. She brought one of the dresses that I’d seen online first and allowed me to critique it before going and telling my family what I was thinking about it. Then she opened the curtain. We discussed what we liked/didn’t like about it and then I was asked to score the dress out of 10. Then she fetched another dress that I hadn’t seen online before. I really liked it so it stayed as my number 1 choice while I carried on trying another 4 dresses. Amelia asked if I would like her to pick a wild card dress of her choosing and I agreed. It was a lovely choice but the second dress was still at the back of my mind so we decided to put that back on. It was definitely the dress. I was taken to another area with different lighting and got accessorised. I said yes to the dress. Amelia was patient and professional the whole time. She reassured me that you don’t always have to have that immediate reaction to a dress for it to be the one and she was right. Brilliant experience from start to finish.”

“I said ‘yes’ to my dress at the Exeter branch on Sunday and I had the pleasure of Aqeelah to assist me. Aqeelah was very attentive and listened to what I did and didn’t like about the dresses that I tried on, and suggested other dresses that I might like- she was very knowledgeable about the dresses that they had in the branch. She made me feel really comfortable from the beginning and was so lovely! Thank you again for helping me say ‘yes’ to my dream dress.”
