“The staff at WED2B were absolutely amazing and made my experience perfect! It was my first time trying on dresses and I had no clue what I wanted. They made me feel comfortable, taught me lots about the dresses and didn’t pressure me at all to have to purchase something which I was worried about. Would highly recommend!”

“I was helped at the Middleborough store by manager Beth and trainee Lynseye They were both so helpful and welcoming. I was nervous about dress shopping as I was worried I wouldn't feel comfortable in anything but I briefly described the types of dresses I liked and they brought some amazing dresses for me to try on and were so great with chatting and fastening the dresses properly so that I felt comfortable and the dresses looked nice. They were also very lovely with my family members that I had brought (89 year old Nana in particular) Thank you so much for your help ladies! Lynseye is clearly going to ace her training!”

“I visited the Manchester branch and was served by Chloe Mc and can I just say her customer service is outstanding. It is true people buy from people, I found the dress of my dreams and she wasn’t at all pushy like the other bridal shops I’ve been to. She made me feel so comfortable, a truly wonderful experience highly recommend!”

“Lauren find the perfect dress for me she knew exactly what I wanted and she makes that moment really special. They managed to package it correctly so I can bring in France . It was so a wonderful experience to find my dress today when I was just coming for a veil.”
