“Amazing experience! I came from Australia to find a dress, I found one so early fell in love and was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday huge relief. Cali is amazing, happy, helpful and bubbly. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a dress because I didn't know! She let me try on loads of dresses and made me feel comfortable understands and listens to what you want or like. Was an overall fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“All the Ladies were really lovely kind and really helpful and made my day a wonderful experience! It was nice and welcoming and had a wide range of choice! I would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you Noma sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong, you were amazing and made me feel comfortable and at ease! Your really good and every dress you brought I thought was amazing and then you found mine nothing what I originally thought which will surprise everyone so thank you! “Wonderful customer service by Jess O, who was polite, friendly and extremely helpful when I rang to enquire about the process of coming into the Southampton store. She very patiently explained what happens in store, how to store the wedding dress once purchased, when to contact a seamstress, if needed, and many other details. Jess very kindly followed this up with an email, as I requested, which included a list of seamstresses. We very much look forward to coming into the store this weekend for my daughter to find the wedding dress of her dreams. Wonderful experience so far. 😃”

“Lauren helped me find my perfect wedding dress today and I am very grateful because I thought it would be quite stressful. But Lauren made me feel calm and comfortable, telling me about the different designs and fits, and after trying different ones on, we got there in the end! Thank you again Lauren ☺️”

“What an amazing experience, Machala was just amazing she really knew which dresses would suit me, it only took me 3 dresses before I knew i had the one all thanks to Machala, she convinced me to try on the 3rd dress and im glad I did because it was the one. Thank you so much Michala”

“I had the best experience at your store whilst trying on wedding dresses. I went to the shop as a blank canvas, no clue as to what style would suit me. I had the most wonderful experience with Natalie she was beyond kind, listened and encouraged me to try on different styles. She made me feel at complete ease with it all. And to top it off I walked out the store with my dream dress and couldn’t stop smiling from the moment I put the dress on. Thank you for all your help Natalie ❤️”

“I had an amazing experience at Wed2b Exeter! A very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived, Zuzanna was looking after us and she couldn’t have done her job any better! She picked out a few dresses for me to try which were the style I wanted and absolutely beautiful. We talked about what was not quite right with them and she listened and discussed different options. She then went to get the 'wild card' dress that she had chosen for me to try! I instantly fell in love with the dress and it was the one! She was amazing at her job and is extremely good at picking out dresses to suit body shape and size! Without her, I wouldn’t have my wedding dress! Thank you so much Zuzanna, I felt like a princess. Everyone working that day came over and asked how I felt and said how amazing the dress looked. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!”

“Zeer vriendelijk werd ik onthaald door Sohan en Melissa in Gent. Ze luisterden beide naar wat voor jurk ik in gedachten had en probeerden er zo goed als mogelijk één uit te kiezen welke dicht bij mij aanleunde. Sohan hielp mij met veel geduld verder met passen, aan en uitkleden, accessoires voorstellen etc... ze durfde het aan om mij uit mijn comfortzone te trekken en gaf mij een totaal andere jurk...het is hem dan nog geworden ook 🙈😀 dus heb ik dankzij Sohan een heel andere jurk waarmee ik zal stralen op mijn grote dag! Bedankt Sohan en Melissa, het was een fantastische ervaring 🤗”

“I had the pleasure of going to Wed2b Brighton and had amazing customer service from the lovely Cara, she made me and my wedding party feel at ease listening to my thoughts on each dress as well as picking out dresses my wedding party wanted me to try, no ask was too much for Cara and she made us feel so comfortable and welcome. She made what can be a stressful time relaxing and made it much more enjoyable than I thought it would be! I couldn’t recommend Cara or her customer service or personality enough for those who need help finding their dream dress !”
