“Being an older large women, was worried about dress shopping. No need to be, I was made to feel really special throught out the whole time there, so well looked after by Sally, Sally started off getting to know me and she helped me find my perfect dress, a dress completely not what I thought would look good but as soon as it was on I felt a million dollars. Even my daught cried when she saw me in it. Thank you Sally so much”

“I settled for a dress that was 9/10 because I had trouble finding the one I really wanted. Thanks to the wonderful customer service team, we tracked it down and I got my dream dress! Big thanks to Liv and Jess for all their help. I’m absolutely delighted.”

“I was so nervous about dress shopping and had been putting it off for a while. From the moment I walked into the Derby store I was greeted with such lovely service. I had no idea on what I was looking for style wise but Emma was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I tried on different styles and I found the one on dress number 4! I am so grateful for Emma’s help and support along with the rest of the team that were involved. No one thought I would find my dress on the first visit and I am so happy I did. Thank you to the Derby team! Highly recommend”

“Upon arrival I was very nervous, but I was greeted by Alecia who was lovely, very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Due to it being a busy day, there was a little wait but I was checked upon regularly and updated with where I was in the queue. I was helped by Marissa, who again was so lovely, caring and very patient with me. I just want to say thank you so much to Marissa and Alecia for that day, you both really helped me to gain my confidence and I really do appreciated it. You both are amazing!”

“I was seen to by the lovely Kerry, she made the entire experience dreamy. As a plus size woman, I was scared to try on dresses but under Kerrys care, I had no reason to be scared, she made me feel beautiful and comfortable. I left beyond happy and with my dress. I cannot recommend her and wed2be enough. Genuinely one of the days ill carry with me all of my life.”

“The service I got at wed2b was fantastic, I went in with not a clue what I wanted and Layla was amazing, she was patient and very accommodating. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter and I walked away with my dress and bridesmaid dresses. This was my first shop of looking and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Thank you so much. 😊”

“Ich war im Brautmodengeschäft wed2b und wurde von Steffi und Lena beraten. Die beiden waren einfach unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und professionell. Schon beim ersten Gespräch haben sie gespürt, was ich mir wünsche, und mir genau das Kleid gezeigt, das perfekt zu mir passt. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl und verstanden gefühlt. Ihre ehrliche, liebevolle Art und die Aufmerksamkeit für jedes Detail haben diesen Termin für mich zu einem ganz besonderen und emotionalen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Auswahl an Kleidern ist wunderschön und vielfältig, und der Service war wirklich auf höchstem Niveau. Ich bin den beiden von Herzen dankbar für ihre Unterstützung und Wärme. Ich empfehle dieses Geschäft allen Bräuten, die ein traumhaftes Kleid für ihre Hochzeit suchen und dabei ein perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finden möchten.”

From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and at ease. Her attentiveness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm turned what could have been a stressful day into something truly special. “I'm so sad when reading the lovely experiences everyone had when choosing their wedding dress. I ended up crying as the assistant was so sharp with me at times. Although I bought a beautuful dress and paid a significant amount of money, it isn't what I wanted and I really felt pressured to buy. My advice if you are looking to buy from this shop, is to take a few people with you who have really got your back. Im now stuck with a wedding outfit I am unlikely to wear!”
