“I purchased a dress from Exeter Wed2Be (Even though Newquay is by far our closest). During our visit we had Layla as our consultant. Layla (I believe been with you a matter of months) was everything I needed from someone who was helping make one of the biggest decisions of my life. She was even called into store earlier than planned as the store was busier than usual. She was soft and kind natured which made the process a lot less overwhelming than my visit to Newquay. She didn’t apply any pressure on at all to like a certain dress or to add any extra bits on to my dress as she fully understood my vision. She could tell when I was unsure even when I didn’t know what I was unsure about, I feel like she read emotions very well. She wasn’t phased by my 6 year old whirlwind of a daughter helping and looking for the next dress which really gave my daughter a sense of purpose and a “job to do”. Nothing was too much hassle for Layla. What I truly appreciate the most was she allowed me to take my time and soak up all the time I needed to process what was going on and what I liked / didn’t. She also didn’t pressure me in any way to create a vision / say “yes” to something I wasn’t ready to make the decision on. I also wasn’t pushed into buying all the accessories that I felt were unnecessary. I left feeling very happy and extremely comfortable in the decisions I made with the first dress she put me in after the initial consultation. Thank you Layla for working with me and making me feel comfortable and giving me the space to be me. Carry on doing what you’re doing and good luck with all your future endeavours!”

“Today was my first visit to wed2b southampton and was served by Megan. I felt like her sole priority and she settled my high anxiety. I didn't say yes this time, but I now have a lot more knowledge about what suites me and my body shape, I was surprised how reasonable the prices were. The whole team couldn't have done more from the minute we walked through the door.”

“Outstanding experience today, initially went into store for a nose, not expecting to find my dress. Jess helped me with different style choices and made effort to find the best suited dress for me. Jess was very polite, friendly and really made my experience special. Kelly was also extremely helpful and friendly, and gave me some very useful advice. These ladies are ladies are fantastic at what they do, I highly recommend the Wed2b store in Wrexham. So pleased with my dress! ❤️ thank you again!”

“I came looking for a dress and wasn’t sure what I was looking for and Vanessa was incredibly helpful. She carefully listened to my ideas, helped me shortlist a range of dresses and patiently helped me try them on until we found the perfect one. “Just bought my wedding dress from Wed2b the one outside metro centre. I had a girl called Amber helping me pick my dress I couldn’t thank her enough for making my experience so special and magical. “I contacted the store in Bromley today I needed to ask questions about my daughters first vist. I have never had such lovely customer service, the lady the helped me today, was a lady called Deena, She was so kind and so easy to ask as many questions I needed, she answered all my questions with words that I can understand, I am so looking forward to go the Bromley store with my daughter, next month. A massive massive thank you Deena, for being so patient with me today.”

“I visited the Wrexham store on the 6th July. All staff members were very welcoming. The manager, I think she was called Kelly, took time to show us around and talked about the different designers. The staff member that helped me try on the dresses, I think she was called Jessica, was polite, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and I didn't feel pressured at any point, even when they stayed open late to help me make a decision about a dress. I ended up buying my dream dress and they packaged it up lovely. Thank you to both staff members for all their support and patience! Wonderful store and experience!”

“Maria was a wonderful stylist today. She was patient, positive and went woth my ideas whilst making some of her own wise suggestions. When I had a bit of a wobble about how I felt in the dresses she made me feel so comfortable. She helped me narrow down the style and neckline too. There was also a grwat range of sizes and styles too. Thank you!”

“Had a great experience with wed2b at camberley. We were welcomed with a lovely lady (keeley her name might be?). We were able to browse and then take a seat and we would be called once ready. We were told 2 hour wait which flew by due to how many dresses there was to look at! I was then welcomed by a lovely lady called Grace B. She was AMAZING and really made me enjoy my experience! She made me feel at ease and nothing was a problem! I said yes to the dress which was even better. Found out it was Grace’ first week and wow we was impressed and deffo a keeper for that place! Thank you wed2b for allowing me to have such a fantastic experience and yes to the dress!”
