“I visited the Bromley store yesturday after having a nightmare experience in another wedding dress shop. I went in feeling very disheartened and quite frankly ready to give up. As soon as I entered the wed2b store I was instantly made to feel at ease. I had the most amazing experience and Adleayah who was the lady helping me find my dream dress was nothing short of amazing! She listened to exactly what it was I wanted and never tried to steer me in another direction and only ever gave constructive suggestions. I left with my dream dress the same day and am so happy i visited.”

“We visited with my niece today for wedding dress shopping and we were assisted by a lovely lady called Margie and she was brilliant from start to finish! Thank you Margie for making the experience lovely 🥰 There was about 10 of us and we aren't the easiest group to deal with but she was great! X”

“All staff were wonderful especially Kerry. She knew exactly what dresses would suit my niece. Was accommodating to the whole family. Courteous and good advice. Picked amazing dresses but the first one she brought out and added accessories to is the one that hit the mark. Thank you for the hugs afterwards too. Overall great experience and lovely dresses”

“Came here yesterday and was served by the lovely Kerry! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating — especially since I brought a big bridal party with me! My experience was a solid 10/10. Kerry quickly understood the style I was looking for and made lots of great suggestions. I tried on three dresses and ended up falling in love with the very first one! Kerry even got my bridal party involved by asking them to rate each dress out of five, which made the experience so fun and inclusive. I left the shop with my dream dress and plenty of photos to capture the moment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!”

“Wow what can i say , from the moment i stepped into the place i was put at ease with how amazing , understanding and uplifting Llerlin was , I was so body conscious coming in and she made me feel a million dollars ! Understood my vision and what I needed , if I could hire her every day as my personal hype woman I would !! “Amazing experience! Fiona was incredible, nothing was too much trouble for Fiona, her knowledge was remarkable giving you every detail and talking you through everything from start to finish. Having never tried on any dresses or been to a wedding dress shop I was very anxious but once I was there I felt straight at ease. Would 100% recommend to anyone.”

“Me and my mum visited the wed2be store in Manchester just to try on a few different dresses and to find a style that suits me , My consultant Louise was absolutely incredible, she was so patient , helpful and she made me feel so beautiful, i felt so comfortable with her, i could not fault her one bit! , i didn't necessarily go in there to buy a dress today but i found my dream dress and i knew i had to buy it! My dad was buying my dress for me but for obvious reasons he couldn't come with me to try dresses on, so Louise put the dress to one side for me for a while , until i came back and I'm SO grateful she did , i was back in the shop to buy my dream dress within the hour !! THANKYOU SO MUCH!!”

“Loved my first ever bridal experience today... We're eloping but my parents know due to bad health.. I decided to ask them both along so it felt they had a part in our weddding. However the wedding has been booked for nearly 2 years but 3 week prior reality hit about getting a dress. Slightly worked up given I've never had bridal appointment or dress on! Walked into the derby store as I intended for a long time and ignoring local retailers based on choice and experience reviews... Walked out today with a wild card, love my assistant and her occasional helpers due to being free . Teresa you are ridiculously skilled and compassionate, it felt an honour to have you help we with so little bridzilla about me. Thank-you, I really appreciate it xx”

“Ich hab mein Traumkleid in 45Minuten gefunden! Beste Verkäuferin, die super motiviert war, richtig toll beraten und eine perfekte Stimmung verbreitet hat! Wir waren davor in zwei anderen Brautkleidgeschäften, bei denen wir super enttäuscht wurden. Wir hätte nie gedacht, dass man in einer Galerie sein perfektes Kleid findet!! Ich kann 100/10 geben! Weiter so Lui und Sham :)”

“Anprobe geht bis 19 Uhr am Samstag, da wir in einer Notlage waren und bei den vorherigen Läden sehr unzufrieden waren, sind wir hier auf eine tolle Auswahl, gute Preise und vor allem tolle Beraterinnen gestoßen. Lui und Sham sind zwei außergewöhnlich professionelle Verkäuferinnen, vor allem haben wir den Vergleich mit den andere Läden. Man merkt dass sie ihren Job lieben, sie kennen sich aus, sprechen gute Empfehlungen aus und sind wie eine beste Freundin auf Augenhöhe. Wir haben uns alle in Minute 1 herzlich Willkommen und wohl gefühlt.”

“Visited the store in Chelmsford this morning and found my dress. Went in with my ideas and came out with something totally different lol. Was helped by Mi-Mi who was new at the store. What a charming young lady. Listened to what I wanted, started pulling some beautiful dresses then suddenly I mentioned something and she went running off saying she had an idea. Yep you guest it! That was the dress I said yes too. Thank you Mi-Mi your a wonderful young lady with a great future ahead of you. Keep being you x”
