“Please be aware of the extra costs that they add on at the store without being transparent or showing you the iPad, you don’t get an itemised receipt either! I had to email to ask for an itemised receipt as I was confused when I got home why my bill was an extra £150! Of course the ladies asked if I wanted everything packaging which I said yes to but no mention of the extra costs! Storage box is £30, bag £24, please be transparent. The ladies in the shop were amazing but cancelled out by them not telling me the prices of packaging! I wouldn’t have had half of it.”

“I had a lovely time at Wed2b. Alice was amazing. I went in with no idea of what I wanted and she offered great advice based on what I thought I liked. I ended up trying on a range of dresses including styles that I thought I wouldn't want. I ended up choosing a dress that I never thought I would have picked but knew it was the one after trying it on”

“I arrived at the MK store quite early in the day which was perfect as it got busy later on. The staff were friendly upon arrival and I didn’t have to wait very long. Fiona was the lady who helped me and she was really helpful and very knowledgeable. All the staff were kind and complemented me, I think I tried on 5 dresses in total. I’d found 6 online that I loved beforehand but none of them were in the store so I was a bit worried I wouldn’t find anything but Fiona picked out a wonderful one for me and all the accessories to match. I can’t really fault anything, the only small thing I will say is that I wasn’t told about the cost of the hangers and bags and boxes. I saw the receipt later and all the packaging came to nearly £150 which shocked me. Otherwise it was a really nice day and experience and I’m excited to wear my dress in 7 months!”

“I couldn’t recommend Wed2b Baker Street London branch anymore if I tried! This was my first outing with my mum to just get an idea and try some dresses on and I’m so glad I chose to go here. From the minute we walked in, the lady that greeted us was so lovely and friendly and made us both feel very welcome. She took us downstairs where there were so many dresses it was amazing. Then the lady who was going to be helping me came over and introduced herself, Dacia. All the ladies in there were so lovely, but I’m so happy that Dacia was the one helping me; she is amazing at her job, she listened exactly to what I said and picked out some perfect options for me to try. She was so thorough in explaining everything to both me and my mum and talking us through the different styles of dresses, underskirt options, veil options, literally everything, there’s nothing she didn’t cover. I felt so comfortable with her, almost like I’d known her for years, genuinely such a lovely girl and truly knowledgeable and passionate in her job. I had no expectation of purchasing a dress from the first shop I went in and on the fourth dress, that was it! I’m so happy with my purchase and couldn’t have had a better experience and it goes without saying that a huge huge part of that was down to Dacia. (I got a lovely picture with Dacia holding the “I said yes to the dress” sign but it won’t let me upload sadly) Thank you so much Dacia for your help, you gave me the best experience x”

“Saw Faith today, went in to get 2 bridemaids dressing and came out with 2 bridesmaids dress and a wedding dress!!! Faith and the rest of the staff were all lovely! Great range of dresses to suit everyone”

“What an absolutely incredible day at Wed2b Southampton. I could NOT have asked for a better person to help me find my dream dress today, than Riley! So calming, professional and just an all round lovely lovely girl! She made me feel so relaxed, and knew exactly what I wanted before I even did! Nothing was too much trouble and we shared an affinity for Tangled :D All the ladies were very welcoming and attentive- but could not have found my THE dress without the help of the incredible Riley and my family! “I went to the Hinkley store today to pick out my dress. As someone who had no idea what my 'dream dress' looked like I was very nervous. Katie made me feel at ease with how genuinly friendly she was within minutes and took my thoughts on board. She listened to my feedback of the dresses I tried and we managed to find THE ONE! “Couldn’t have had a better experience! Amelia who was assigned to myself and my bridesmaids was so attentive, she listened to every comment and completed my experience by finding me THE ONE & I got to say yes to the dress!! The whole morning was seamless and my bridesmaids even found the dress too!! Would 10/10 recommend!”
