“Maddy and the team were fantastic from start to finish. I had a slight issue with a dress I'd purchased from another Wed2B store, but the ladies here went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and kindly. Thanks to their help, I left with my dream dress in the perfect size. The staff were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and truly made me feel at ease. I'm so grateful for their support and couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“Our daughter is getting married next year. 8 of us attended Sarah's first dress appointment. Sarah was prepared and had a selection of dresses she wanted to try. Tanisha in the Edinburgh shop was amazing. Sarah tried a few different silhouettes. Sarah looked fantastic in them all. She loved the one she chose. We took the dress, underskirt and veil home with us. We had a fantastic morning.”

“I was so nervous and the ladies made me feel special and put me at ease. Georgia was great with me and my girls, made me feel special and I can’t thank her enough for that as a very nervous anxious person thank you so much. A lovely time was had and the girls tried on bridesmaid dresses too. Thank you for being so kind lovely and helpful x”

I thought I knew what I wanted, but Shareena’s expertise meant that even though I left with something completely different, it’s exactly the right dress for me. “What a great experience we had. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were made to feel welcome and looked after. Safia’s attention to detail, knowledge, advice & enthusiasm was second to none. We left not only with the most gorgeous dress and accessories, but when we got home we found the sweetest handwritten card in it wishing the bride Good luck for her wedding day. Highly recommend!!”

“Rebecca went above and beyond and has the patience of a saint! She helped us whittle down what we liked and didn't like about each dress until she brought in THE dress...and we both had a cry in the changing room! Such a relaxed, professional and friendly place. I highly recommend it.”

“They found me my dream dress! I’m such a fussy bride to be as my style is quite alternative, so I didn’t want a traditional dress and Carla in Leeds found me a beautiful floral dress (Florrelle) that is different but girly and makes me confident for my big day!”

“I visited the Bristol store recently. I went in not expecting to come away with a dress, just to try on some different styles however I ended up finding a beautiful dress. Ella who helped me was amazing, she really put me at ease and listened to my needs. She was very reassuring, asking me questions about what I wanted in a dress and took an interest in my wedding. Ella is a credit to the Bristol store, and the service was excellent.”

“Customer service is absolutely atrocious. The person who served me in January was nice and chatty , I fell in love with a dress and wanted to buy it there and then . I got dress , (meant to be) wonder underskirt and veil . Paid for the hangers boxes ect. I bought it January ready for my August wedding . When I’ve went to check on my dress and underskirt as I’m about to get alterations .. it was the opposite underskirt I thought I bought . It was cheaper , hung off my body and not correct at all . I rang the company, and they said due to it being over 14 days they wouldn’t be able to help ! I had to argue and push my case the fact who looks straight away when it’s all boxed up when the wedding wasn’t close . So after back and forth emails they said out of good will gesture they’d change it . I went today to change and the two people at the till were super rude and not helpful at all . And if I’m being totally honest they didn’t seem to know much of anything , they just wanted rid of me . They didn’t ask my kind of dress and tried to give me a fish tail one .. I said I have an aline . She huffed and puffed to go get another . Then after not being able to do a simple exchange themselves they were on phone to the office .. talking about me but ignoring me (like the spelling of my last name) instead of listening to me .. super super rude . Then they said well you now have to pay the difference as you’ve left it over 14 days ! Honestly this shop is just a quick get customers in and out and sell whatever they can get rid of. I am over moon with my dress in general don’t get me wrong but I think it’s ruined the whole nice experience for me which is what it is all about . I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all and would suggest finding somewhere with nice staff that make you feel comfortable and welcoming . I’ve been up a height and it’s caused a lot of stress and anxiety .”

“Onwijs mooie jurk gekocht bij wed2b. Goed geholpen en ze wist precies wat mooi stond. Na 3 jurken passen was ik er al over uit dat en heb ik mijn droom jurk gekocht. (houd er rekening mee dat je wel betaald voor de spullen waar je jurk in wordt verpakt) Maar dit was ook niet zo heel erg duur.”

“Vandaag hartelijk ontvangen geweest door Melissa van Wed2Be. Samen met mijn mama en twee goede vriendinnen zijn wij zeer goed geholpen in deze zoektocht naar het perfecte bruidskleed. Melissa voelde heel snel aan naar wat we op zoek waren en had dan ook snel het trouwkleed gevonden die bij mij paste. Hele vlotte en vriendelijke service! Dankjewel!”

“We came to the store a week before the wedding, and just 15 minutes before closing. We were very unsure that we were going to find something we like, but Astrid and Maike helped us with a lot of patience and we made it happen!”
