“My MOH and I had a fantastic experience with Milly at the Edinburgh Ocean Terminal store, she was very helpful and super friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t find my dream dress, but Milly made it such a lovely experience that I’d recommend her to anyone.”

“This was my 1st choice of shop & my 1st wedding dress shopping experience, it was a completely upsetting, disheartening and degrading experience. I was open minded from the get go and tried on multiple dresses as I wanted to explore all styles, however when I expressed my feelings I was shut down and brought the same dress with slight changes. Every dress I wanted to try on they didn’t stock my “size” I’m a size 12 and was being put in size 20 dresses I’m completely understanding of sizing up when dress shopping but 4 dress sizes up..I have no body confidence and this experience made it 1000% worse. Let’s say a lady size 8 would possibly be put into a size 16 dress only this lady already has BDD, it’s not a great combination. I was in the shop for long enough and consistently being told while at looking me in disgust “we don’t have that size in dresses you want to try” on or me asking could I try something similar and being brought similar to what I already expressed it wasn’t my style and I was comfortable. I won’t be returning to wed2be and wouldn’t be recommending to anyone else, it completely ruined my experience.”

“I bought my wedding gown from wed to be in stoke, as well as my bridesmaids gowns. The service was amazing, I had an idea of what I wanted and soo realised the dresses where not working for my bridal gown. With the help under guidance from staff I found my dream dress, I married the man of my dreams on the 28th march h 2026. Thank you to everyone at the store who helped make my wedding dreams come true. I have never felt as beautiful as I did on the big day. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I’m not an overly girly girl, so I was quite nervous going wedding dress shopping From the moment I walked in, every staff member was lovely and really put me at ease. Ruby was fantastic whilst helping me pick a dress. Her relaxed approach instantly made the experience really enjoyable and she made me laugh. She listened and wasn’t offended if I didn’t like something. The second dress she picked out was the one! However, there was no pressure and she advised me to go away and think about it before committing to it. I was back an hour later and got it! Ebeyone was so great but a huge huge thank you to Ruby from the Chelmsford shop. Thank you ☺️”

“Yesterday I went to Glasgow store. From the minute I walked in they were so welcoming and put my mind at ease. I had the lovely Georgia helping me find my dream dress, she was honestly amazing, so patient, thoughtful and good eye for what I wanted. From the dresses I tried on I said yes to the first dress and I could not be happier. Highly recommend Glasgow store and ask for the lovely Georgia. All staff where amazing and I will be back very soon for my flower girls dress ❤️”

“We recently went to this store for me eldest daughter’s dress. It was such a fantastic experience. My daughter isn’t a big shopper snd but a big fan if trying in fancy clothes, but she was made to feel at ease and actually fully enjoyed the whole experience. We had Lauren helping us and she was so lovely, listening to what my daughter wanted and giving her lots of options. We found the perfect dress and had a great time . Lauren really made our day do special x Thank you very much. Highly recommend this store such lovely staff snd so much choice x”

“I got married last week in a dress chosen for me to look at by the lovely Louise. It wasn’t what I had gone in looking for, but Louise noticed I liked elements of the dress from others I had looked at and offered it as a “wild card”. I completely fell in love and all the staff were so lovely and complimentary ! I needed a dress that I could buy and take home there and then and I was so happy with the price. I absolutely recommend wed2b and can’t thank Louise enough for her help and guidance when choosing my dress !”

“I have always loved Wed2b when seeing their dresses online. As a plus size bride I was very apprehensive about finding 'the' wedding dress. I went to my nearest Wed2b shop in Chesham and was greeted by Kyann, I explained my insecurities and together we have found 'the' dress, within 3 hours of being in the shop we were leaving with everything in beautiful storage boxes. I can't thank the ladies at Wed2b enough, I feel like a princess in my dress and I didn't think that was possible. If you want wedding dress consultants that are kind, understanding, patient, and dedicated to finding the right dress with you, look no further.”

“I had to be dragged into a bridal shop as I thought as an older bride to be I'd look a bit silly in a wedding dress. From the second we walked in, Elsa in the Brighton branch made me feel at ease. 7 dresses later I felt like a princess and you can't put a price on that. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful experience.”

“Visited the wed2b store in Drumcondra yesterday. I was so nervous but Alex made me feel at ease straight away. We tried on 3 styles of what I thought I was looking for which were all beautiful but turned out not for me. Until I left it in Alex's hands to choose something completely different. When she came out with the 4th dress I knew before trying it on that this was the one. I'll never forget this experience and be forever thankful to Alex for her professionalism, humor and pure love. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS.”

“Visited Milton Keynes store on Saturday. What a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend you ask for Fiona, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and like I'd known her for years. I am an older bride and never had a wedding dress previously and had no idea of the type I wanted. Fiona took time to ask me all about my planned wedding and about me, before she went to choose some dresses for me to try. The very first dress she chose for me was 'the one' so even though I tried on a further four, I came back to the first, Fiona just knew what would suit me. The whole experience was amazing, you are made to feel important and like a princess, I came away with a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, accessories and even ties, handkerchiefs and cuff links for the grooms men....all at a very reasonable price. Thank you Wed2b not sure why anyone would want to go anywhere else”

“Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Selten solche lieben Mitarbeiter getroffen. Dank der tollen Zusammenarbeit mit Sandy per Telefon und E-mail sowie der tollen Begleitung von Dori in Gotha hatte ich mein Traumkleid, welches ich überall gesucht habe und nach 2h Autofahrt in Gotha anprobieren konnte, und nach 10 min überglücklich und entschlossen mein Kleid gekauft habe. Tausend Dank fürs Recherchieren, beraten, begleiten und für so viel Liebe zum Beruf. Danke”
