“Super kind staff! I went with a friend today to the Norwich store and met the amazing Molly who was so helpful and friendly. We had no idea what we were doing and she gently guided us through everything and put the bride-to-be at ease and actually chose really gorgeous dresses - the first one was already a top choice! Thank you for the lovely experience and support, Molly!”

“This was a wonderful experience. It was my first shop trying on dresses and I was able to try on a variety of dresses. Amy listened to my wishes and let me try on my top 2 dresses multiple times. I left with the dress and feel like a very special bride.”

“I came to wed2b (Kirkstall) after finding a dress I loved elsewhere but it being wayyyy out of budget!! Ruby was so helpful and lovely, she looked at all my pictures and listened to what I liked / didn’t about things I had already tried on. She chose some beautiful dresses for me, including one that I loved even more than the other one! She listened to how I wanted to modify and helped me with different skirts etc to get exactly what I wanted! I had the best experience and my dress is beautifully packaged up waiting for my big day! Thank you so much xx”

“Eloise and Leah in the Bromley store were amazing! Had no idea what I wanted really but ended up finding a dress I fell completely in love with. Such an stress-free and FUN experience - both Eloise and Leah were so lovely and friendly it really took all the nerves out of it and let me focus on being excited! Extra kudos to Eloise for being able to fit the dress into a carry-on size box as I’ll have to fly with it!!”

“Hi, I want to thank everyone who helped on Saturday. Jose was was very helpful, listened to me and helped me find my dress. As my second wedding I had some things I certainly didn't want, Jose and colleagues listened and made me feel amazing and smile.
