“Went on sat 17th waited 2 hours to try on 3 dresses that I liked to find out they didn't have my size in any of them so couldn't try on at all no drink machine or water to have a drink while you wait needs looking at brides need to be told when they come in look to see if we have your size in a dress that you like before you decide to wait was nit very happy”

“Wait time was 3HOURS despite being told it would be half hour to an hour. When approaching the manager to ask how much longer it could be after we noticed there were two staff members actually behind the front desk and two staff to one bride, and there being two empty dressing rooms, the Managers response was rude and dismissive. Her reply was “Don’t know I’m going to get a drink so il let you know in 10 minutes” We had infact sat there for 3 hours with no drink offered to us, yet brides trying their dresses on were given water. We were a party of two brides. Got the impression manager wanted us to actually leave rather then see to us at this point as it was 6pm and the shop shuts at 6pm. Two staff members had finished and left the shop whilst we were still sat waiting. When my party member gave them their friendly criticism about how we found the no appointment system, manager was rude again, was not empathetic at all. And told us “not” to leave a review on “her” shop but to contact customer service about it. Manager also told us we should have come at 9am as it’s less busy? Having said that the shop is non appointment needed.. but then you get booked an appointment slot whilst there? Very misleading. Manager told us to get out of “her” shop after not welcoming our points nor understanding as one members of the party came all the way down from London. All the above has been sent as a formal complaint anyway.. but would advise anybody not to go here for their magical wedding dress experience. What should have been a fun day for two new brides to be, was long, deflating and felt like we were an inconvenience. All other staff were nice and some apologised to us throughout. Manager never once apologised but stated several times she’s had a lot of brides to see to when walking past us sat on sofa waiting. Each time we were understanding and reassured it wasn’t their fault. But towards the end with 2 staff behind front of desk, two staff to one bride and two dressing rooms empty. We no longer felt understanding. We have several friends engaged and have advised them not to try this shop. 3 hours waiting with not one apology from manager or urgency for us to be seen is not appropriate and would not recommend this shop to anybody.”

“We had a very warm welcome from Ann she made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I was looking for in a dress we really did have a great experience such a lovely person thanks for helping me find the one and also got my daughters communion dress for her big day she felt like a princess”

“Went in to just have a look to see what style I liked, and had the lovely Georgia pick out some dresses and found the one! Had to go back the next day and buy it! Totally different to what I thought i wanted but so so happy! Thanks again Georgia for a great experience!”

“I had the most wonderful experience buying my wedding dress at Newquay Web2b. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and truly listened to by everyone there. Megan was absolutely amazing so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the dress, which was completely the opposite to what I thought! The whole team made the entire experience feel special for myself, my mum and my sister, as well as making it stress free. I couldn’t have asked for better morning during such an important moment. “So so happy I went into wed2b Brighton! The staff in the Brighton branch were incredible! So so welcoming and friendly.. Massive thanks to Elsa she was absolutely fantastic. Listened to everything I asked/ visioned and really help that come to light. She allowed me to take my time and really ensure I was comfortable and confident in the dress. “Visited the Shirley branch, it was my first time trying on wedding dresses and my consultant Debbie was amazing! She was supportive, made me feel comfortable and most importantly she made me feel beautiful. She knew exactly what would look best on my body shape and picked out dresses that suited me perfect. “I was extremely nervous and to be honest dreaded trying on dresses. Wed2be Chelmsford was the first place I visited and I wasn’t expecting to take home my dream dress. (Especially being so indecisive) As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and put at ease. Ella was amazing and listened to what I was saying regarding my likes and dislikes. Her knowledge was brilliant and the way she treated myself and my entourage so professionally and friendly will stay with me. After only trying on 3 dresses and one being a wild card I said yes to the dress. Thank you so much Ella for making my experience a great one. Would highly recommend.”

“The minute we stepped in I was overwhelmed over the amount of dresses there was. I had no idea what I would like or being a curvy bride that wed2be would have anything that would fit. Thats when Cara stepped in. Straight away she made me feel at ease. She took her time and made me feel so comfortable. I could have tried on every dress there if i wanted to. There was no rush. I knew the second dress was the dress for me and i tried on a 3rd but my mind was made up. The changing rooms are big and there is good space to walk and get the feel of your dress. I would highly recommend wed2be and the lovely Cara. There is no pressure to buy. Thanks 2 wed2be im soooo excited for my wedding day this year xxx”

“Visited the Belfast store Saturday past for the first time. All I can say is it is an absolute disaster. I genuinely have no words at all for the experience. No structure at all, not welcoming, no customer service, untrained staff, disinterested staff, staff horrible to each other & unbelievably unprofessional. The strangest shop/system/staff I have ever encountered in my life from start to finish.”

“Visited Wed2Be today at Wednesbury and had the most perfect experience! The whole team were lovely and so welcoming. Aiysha was nothing short of amazing, she pulled out a variety of dresses that I would have never chosen myself or imagined myself in- yet made me feel so beautiful in everything I tried on. “Liora at the Baker Street branch was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Thank you Liora! I made a mad dash up to the shop when I found out they seemed to be the only shop within two hours of where I live with a dress I'd seen online in my size. Liora managed to squeeze me in, despite the shop being really busy. She didn't rush me, and gave good advice.”
