“What a wonderful experience at your Middlesbrough store with Lynsey. She was caring, kind, friendly and so knowledgeable with regards to dresses and styles that would suit. After having a bad experience previously of bridal shopping Lynsey and her manager put me totally at ease from entering the store. I can highly recommend a visit here.”

“Lou at the Brighton shop was utterly marvellous! She was so kind, friendly and warm and really took the time to work out what I wanted and gave a couple of 'wild cards' which were gorgeous. Really knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease! I did say Yes to a dress, all thanks to Lovely Lou! ❤️❤️”

“Louise was brilliant, we went mid week and it ended up being just myself and my family in the whole store and Louise listened to what I was liking and not liking and was very patient with me. I ended up coming a few days later and ended up finding a dress. Made what would be a very stressful situation for any bride stress free and can’t be more thankful.”

“I had Sophie to help me find my perfect dress. My second visit to the shop in Glasgow to simply show the styles I liked to my mum. Sophie showed me all the dresses they had in stock that were all the things I thought I wanted. We nailed it with the very last one. She left and said I think I know just the one! She came back with Oxsana! I am not even joking, I knew it was my dress just sitting on the hanger! I loved it and I didn't want to take it off! The train was a lot longer than I planned but I had a bustle put on it and it was actually perfect. So sparkly! I was worried about it being a big dress because we were getting married in Cyprus but the material didn't touch my legs with the hoop in the wunderskirt. Perfect length for my height as well. I got my veil, wunderskirt and my hairpiece all on the same day. Impromptu visit turned into me saying to the dress! Thank you so much Sophie!”

“I brought my dress a couple of weeks back in the Ashford store and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had no real idea what I wanted, had zero intention of buying my dress that same day but the whole team listened to my feedback as we were trying different dresses on until they found the 1. There was never any pressure and customer service from the whole team was perfect.”

“Kirkstall Leeds store ladies, you were absolutely incredible! I came in with little hope of finding my dream dress. I had a vision coming in which actually didn’t suit me at all really (despite the dresses being so beautiful!) and then Harriet pulled out Stefano, and my goodness I felt that million dollars feeling! Never felt so pretty in a dress I never thought would suit me at all. I appreciate all your help, Harriet, grace and gabby. You were all so kind and lovely! From the moment I walked into the shop there was a huge welcoming atmosphere with absolutely no pressure to buy, I actually went away to think and returned a few hours later - you all knew when I came back in who I was and which dress i came back for! We tried it on again and you all gave such a fuss which was a Wonderful experience for a bride with very little self confidence. You have truly made it a core memory of my wedding planning! Thanks ladies!”

“The team were amazing and helped me find my perfect dress.I wasn't expecting such a personalised experience. The girls showed me a range of dresses and styled me in different accessories with each dress. They seemed so excited to be part of the experience making it feel so exciting and special. Could not have been a better service or experience. Huge thanks to Martha for helping me say yes to the dress”
