“I went to the Milton Keynes store today with my daughter for her wedding dress. We were looked after by Hadiya and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. My daughter had been quite anxious about it as she is curvy and was afraid everything would look awful. They listened to what she did and didn’t want, found some beautiful dresses for her to try on . The whole thing was relaxed and friendly, they had lots of ideas but ultimately listened to what she wanted and made it enjoyable. We have come away with a dress she loves and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“I came in with no idea what I wanted, Lily was brilliant made me feel very comfortable, all the dresses she pulled for me were beautiful and suited me incredibly well, but the second dress was the one! Highly recommend!”

“Kim was absolutely amazing and calm through out our dress picking. She listened to everything to what I said and was so so so attentive and just lovely! I still cant believe I said yes to the dress!!”

“We originally set out to find bridesmaid dresses, but I ended up finding my bridal gown too – and what an unforgettable experience it was! The service was absolutely first class, and the team at the Chelmsford store were nothing short of fantastic – with a capital F. Alecia and Hannah were our coordinators on the day, and they made a truly incredible team. We were all feeling a little apprehensive to begin with, but Alecia’s warm and friendly manner immediately put us at ease. Hannah handled my bridal fitting with such care and attention – nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Thank you both for making this such a special and memorable moment!”

“I cannot recommend WED2B Bromley highly enough. From the moment I arrived ladies at the shop were warm, kind and endlessly patient with my requests and expectations. Big thank you to Faye, she helped me truly visualise each option, trying different sleeves and thoughtful ways to cover my arms because I was set on sleeves. She listened to my dislike of lace and never pushed styles I didn’t want. With calm confidence and clear expertise, Faye gently encouraged me to try styles I hadn’t considered. When she suggested an elegant A-line, my idea of the “perfect” dress began to change, a completely different look than I’d imagined suddenly felt right. Then my sister’s “wild card” pick was brought out; I was certain it wouldn’t suit me, but it turned out to be the one. Faye’s patience, positivity and genuine love for her work made the whole experience effortless and joyful. She even took wonderful care when sorting and packing my dress. If you want someone who listens, guides with kindness, and helps you find the dress you didn’t know you were dreaming of, ask for Faye. I said YES to the dress thanks to her and my sister ❤️ P.S. I’d paid £30 for an appointment at another shop and didn’t receive half the care, effort or result I got at WED2B — and Faye’s help was completely free. I will add my wedding dress photos after my wedding day next June ☺️”

“Nach dem betreten des Ladens wurden wir super herzlichen von Gunda empfangen. Es wurde super auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, aber Gunda hat auch selber super Ideen eingebracht. Es war auch alles so ehrlich und nichts aufgesetzt. Es war einfach rundum perfekt! Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen.”

“Lovely dresses and easy to order. Not impressed that having spent nearly £800 on bridesmaid dresses that I was then expected to pay £70 in dress bags to bring the dresses home. They wouldn't even give me clear plastic dress bags to get them home. Managed to buy 6 bags on amazon for £3 each. Terrible that a national shop like this thinks its worth getting a bad review over the cost of some plastic bags.”
