“So macht Geld ausgeben Spaß. Die Verkäuferin Franziska ist wie man es nur sehr selten findet. Freundlich (natürlich, nicht aufgesetzt), kompetente Beratung, nicht aufdringlich, hört sich Wünsche an und geht darauf ein. Hier wird dir nichts aufgeschwatzt. Wenn ihr ein Brautkleid kaufen wollt, dann dort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundliche Grüße die Brautmutter.”

“I had such a lovely experience at the Leeds store. The staff were super helpful and such great company. They took their time explaining everything and were so present during the whole process. Mary was mainly helping me out and she was so amazing. I found my perfect dress and would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Mariah in swindon We had an amazing time with Mariah. Her knowledge of stock was incredible and so helpful. There was no time pressure and we tried multiple dresses to decide on shape, design and detail. She then offered advise on alterations to customise my perfect dress to my exacting specification. We thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience.”

“Came with a dress in mind and kept comparing to this then when they got to choose their own dress off the rail for me it was the one I said yes to!!! The girls are so friendly and nothing is a bother for them, they know what you will end up saying yes to and know when you have your moment!! I can’t thank them enough!!!”

“Kyann was so helpful she gave me many ideas and options of dresses. She made me feel so comfortable and not rushed. Iwill be back to try more especially on a day kyann is working, all staff were so helpful. I had a great experience.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at the Dublin store and ended up saying yes to my dress here! On my first visit, Clodagh was incredible - she took the time to understand what I liked and didn’t like, helping me figure out my style even though I had no idea where to start. Her patience and expertise made all the difference. When I came back a few weeks later, Surabhi looked after me, and she was just as amazing. Even though some of the dresses I’d seen online weren’t available, she quickly helped me find alternatives and picked out the dress that ended up being the one! She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely excited for me throughout the whole appointment. Both visits were such lovely experiences, and I can’t recommend the Dublin team enough - they made dress shopping fun, stress-free, and truly special.”

“Rebecca was a godsend today, she picked dresses worked with what I liked and didn't like and secured me the most perfect wedding dress! She was very helpful, listened and gave ideas on a veil or not. Would recommend the shop and Rebecca to everyone looking for a wedding dress. Everyone in the shop was so lovely and welcoming, my time in the shop was perfect from start to finish. The dresses were all lovely and beautifully kept.”

“Walked in with 5 bridesmaids, we was warmly welcomed and fully informed of the process. We was quickly taken to an area where we was allocated large changing rooms, no pressure selling and left to make our decisions. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making it a stress free and simple purchase.”
