“From the minute I walked into the Stoke-on-Trent store. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Amy and Julia were amazing, so friendly and a good giggle. Julia took the time to listen to what I was looking for and found my dream dress. I would recommend this store 100%. So many beautiful dresses.”

“Great experience, was made to feel welcome, we did not have an appointment but was seen with in 30 minutes. Darcia looked after us, she was very knowledgeable . She listened to what the bride wanted and we left with the perfect dress.”

“Very thorough explanation of all the dresses and process! I took 5 people with me too which wasn’t too much trouble for me the staff, they were all very kind and helpful and I ended up finding the perfect dress!”

“From the moment I walked through the doors in Wed2b Nottingham. I was made to feel welcomed. The staff noticed I was a little anxious and nervous as it was my first time trying on dresses. Kassidy went above and beyond to listen to my thoughts, made me feel extremely comfortable and most importantly helped pick my perfect dress. “Wed2B was the third bridal shop I went to to find my dress and it was by far the best experience- I should have gone there first. Amber provided brilliant customer service; she understood exactly what I was looking for and helped bring my vision to life. She also made me feel very comfortable and we had a good laugh! The dresses were beautiful and I found my dream dress really quickly. Overall it was a really easy process and I was very impressed with the price and the team behind it all! I would 100% recommend Wed2B.”

“I found my dress! I had the best experience dress shopping with Beth as my consultant today. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and help me choose my dress! She was able to help me customise it and now I have a one of a kind! I didn’t want to take it off :)”

“I found my dream dress yesterday but decided not to go for it as my mum wasnt with me, fast forward to today i spoke to Wed2B this morning, they put the dreess aside for me so I could go back and try it on with my mum there. They have gone above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I absolutely loved my experience and would like to shout out to Amber the sales assistant from the Chelmsford store, that job is quite literally made for you, you are amazing. Thank you Wed2B”

“Lauren was so lovely, understanding and patient with me. I can be very overwhelmed and anxious but she didn’t rush me nor pressured me to purchase. Explained the entire process from start to finish throughly. Glad she helped my fiancé find her dress and even more so that she helped me too. Overall great experience. Thank you again Lauren xx”

“Lou made me feel so amazing when I went to pick my dress on Saturday. She picked out a dress for me that id never have chosen for myself, and it was amazing (I said yes to the dress!) We got on straight away as soon as we met, and she really helped me feel comfortable and I had such a great experience. All of the girls there that day got involved, even helping me set up my hair and giving their opinions on all the dresses I tried and were all such lovely people who clearly are passionate about working with brides!. Honestly, this was such a fantastic bridal experience. I bought my friend a long with me and Lou got her involved in everything as well which was so lovely! Lou has such great rapport with customers, and a fantastic eye. The dress she picked for me fit like a GLOVE. It doesn't need any alterations, which apparently never normally happens. It was fate! Thank you Lou, I'm eternally grateful!”

“Visited the Hinckley Wed2B and had Amelia as my attendant. From the beginning she made me feel very comfortable, asked me lots of questions and listened to what I wanted. Amelia was very attentive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely recommend Wed2B Hinckley!”
