“Wow! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My whole experience with the girls at the Chelmsford's store was amazing, their guidance and knowledge was so helpful that I found the perfect dress. Due to me having a devastating experience at a bridal boutique, these girls gave me a joyful and supportive wedding journey experience, that i will cherish. The shop has a lovely range of dresses and the shop its self is clean, well presented and big enough giving you the space to walking around in your dress, respecting your space when changing, taking time with you, not feeling rushed or pressured. Luckily on my 2nd visit the dress i loved was still there, it was defiantly meant for me. Again the girls was so helpful on both my visits, i even found my accessories at the same time, I was amazed with the full cost of everything and it all fell within my budget. I am in love with my dress and will be forever grateful to the lovely Angel, Hana, Chloe and Alecia. Thank you so much for giving me the best experience. X”

“Ruby was AMAZING! I came into the store on my own an a Wednesday morning, it was very quiet and calm which was perfect for me. Mary welcomed me and listened to my vision and preferences, with genuine enthusiasm and interest in my wedding day. Mary then explained this all to Ruby who then looked after me, picking out dresses to my preference and offering guidance and advice about alterations and add ons. I honestly intended to try a few on to see if my ideas would be possible (as I plan on making a few customisation etc to make the dress my own), I never imagined I'd be putting a deposit down on a dress today! At no point did I feel pushed or rushed into making a decision and Ruby was happy for me to facetime my mum to get her opinion. Over all a fantastic experience and I'm really impressed with the customer service. There were add ons at the end that were not discussed during trying on, the box, hanger and dress bag. This was around £90, but to be honest, you pay this when you buy from other boutique stores it's just included in the price of the premium dresses they offer! I didn't mind this too much as I feel I've got a bargain. Would highly reccomend Ruby and Mary at the Leeds branch!”

“I had the best morning! This is a lovely dress shop, with caring friendly and attentive staff that go above and beyond to make you feel special. Mary was helping me with my dress and she was amazing! So polite, easy to chat to and very attentive to what I liked and didn't like. I was showered in compliments and felt like a million dollars! Highly recommend popping in and seeing the lovely staff and beautiful dresses to choose from. Plus the prices are so competitive - you'll find exactly what you want for hald the price of most boutiques!”

“I initially was very nervous but from the moment I entered the shop I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The lady who booked us in was helpful, had a conversation around what style of dress I was looking for and then showed me the ones which most fitted. We had chance to browse before the lovely Tania in the Bristol store come to our aid. We tried on my choice of dress and several other dresses. She was honest and reassuring. We found my dream dress and accessories. Nothing was too much trouble. The process was stress free and enjoyable despite my initial nerves!!”

“From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tilly went above and beyond to find the perfect dress for me. All the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress. The only thing I would recommend is offering tea, coffee or water on arrival. I understand no drinks policy around the dresses but maybe a facility for this on arrival and make customers aware and put signage up to say no drinks allowed in fitting rooms and around the dresses.”

“Hidden costs - disappointing experience. You’re not able to look at the dresses yourself. There was no enthusiasm from the members of staff at all. When purchasing a nearly £1000 wedding dress, we were made to feel stupid when questioning why the bill was such a big increased to what was initially told to us. You do not get notified at any point in this experience that they charge you extra for the hanger for the dress. I asked for an itemised breakdown of each item and the hangers, dress bag covers or boxes they come in were missed off. I only know this as I saw the screen at checkout. When asked to remove certain items from the total bill staff gave each other looks of disgust and made us feel so awkward and this has totally tainted this experience for the Bride now. Thankfully she loves the style and fit of the dress but this was the only plus side to the day. When spending £1000 in your store this is not the experience that we expected at all!”

“BRIDESMAIDS BEWARE!!!!! Would leave no stars if it was possible to. We tried on bridesmaids dresses in the Shirley Birmingham store, and the staff then ordered what they decided were the appropriate sizes for us. When they arrived they were both too small, almost impossible to do up, and extremely uncomfortable to wear for 10 minutes - never mind a whole day. The store manager seemed pleased with herself when we went in and she managed to do the zips up. When we said they were not comfortable to wear all day, she 'joked' to my teenage daughter that she 'didn't need to breathe' We weren't laughing and I'm not sure why she felt it appropriate to joke given what was to follow... Another staff member asked my daughter how old she was as if it was her fault for growing! No-one from Wed2b has acknowledged that it isn't a one off - both dresses are too small! Both in store and 'customer care' went straight into blame the customer mode. They are more interested in quoting a 1/2 inch tolerance and the paperwork we had signed than trying to help us. (The manager measured the dresses and the sample dress in front of us and I am convinced there was more than the magic 1/2 inch difference, but no-one acknowledges this.) We had to ask them if they could get dresses in the next sizes up. It seems 8 weeks is the minimum order time and they don't have any stock, therefore we were stuck with the small ones! Not once did they try and help solve the problem as they are more interested in blaming the customer, and clearly have no basic understanding that a wedding is such an important occasion. We had to find second hand dresses on Vinted to be able to match with other bridesmaids who used a different store! We were never measured. We tried on samples and they made the order for us. They clearly ordered them both wrong and didn't allow for this 'tolerance' but are blaming us and refusing a refund. So we are stuck with two dresses which don't fit, whilst wearing second hand dresses to a wedding!!! Customer care's response was 'great you have found dresses that fit. You can always sell the other ones privately'!!! They use a lot of empty words claiming they understand the stress and difficulty but offer no help, apology or refund. Utterly appalling company. Once they have your money they are not interested. I can't imagine working there. Customer Care have no way to help customers. Once they have your money they have no interest to help you. I have since found similar reviews on sizing, however they seem to be filtered out and difficult to find. I hope this saves someone the stress and upset that this has caused our family.”

“We visited Wed2Be in Manchester. Abi served us and couldn’t have been more helpful. She was courteous and pulled dresses just like my daughter’s description. We had a lovely time, my daughter got her dress, veil, headdress and belt. The only disappointment was Wed2be don’t do bridal shoes. 10/10 for Abi and the amazing dresses.”

“The wonderful Sally and team at Wed2B Camberley made my whole wedding dress experience! After a quick chat about styles I thought I may like, Sally began picking out a few dresses. She then picked out other dresses based on what I liked/didn’t like. We then whittled it down to 2 fabulous (and very different) dresses and Sally advised on alterations such as adding some off the shoulder sleeves which led me to falling in love with the one! I spent 4 hours with Sally and she could not have been more kind, patient and professional. Could not recommend Wed2B Camberley enough, a huge selection of dresses at amazing prices. The accessories available were the cherry on top of the most special day. Beaming smiles and teary (happy) eyes walked out the shop- thank you.”

“Layla and Allison working overtime on a Sunday, understaffed with a smile on their faces and even with a line out the door made sure I got to take my ‘ I said yes to the dress’ photo. These incredible ladies helped me find THE DRESS! It was my first time evening looking for a dress and I literally left with the first dress I tried on because I just knew and even when my mum and maid of honour preferred another dress, Layla was there to make sure I left with the dress I really wanted and I can’t wait to wear it now! Thank you again! Like I told them both, they deserve a raise :)”

“We went to the Glasgow store an l cant express enough how the staff were all so helpful expecially the manageress Michelle who took such good care of us and she helped find me beautiful dresses and l said yes to my favorite dress, the time we were in there we heard lots of claps and cheers for saying yes to the dress it was such a lovely day and made me feel like a princess 👸 ❤️ we need shops like this in Aberdeen and Inverness hint hint so management you would do so well as nothing compares to this shop idea.”
