“Went in expecting to try a few different styles and get an idea of what I liked, walked out with my wedding dress in hand. A nice relaxed no pressure dress choosing experience, very well priced and all staff were lovely and friendly and me ya feel relaxed, especially Alex in the fitting room who was friendly and chatty and did her utmost to help me find the perfect look.”

“I visited twice. First time I was welcomed and felt a bit out my comfort zone as I had never tried on a wedding dress before. I tried on the first 4 dresses of different styles just to get a feel for what suits my body. The second round I wanted to try on some dresses for of the style I liked. I was waiting to try on these next 4 dresses for about an hour. By this point we had been In the shop about 3 hours. We took pictures of the dresses we liked and I felt like because the staff new I wasn’t going to make a sale that particular visit I was rushed out. Maybe because it was busy that day. On my second visit I brought my dad and step mum, I knew exactly what dress I wanted to try as it was one from the previous visit. The staff were friendly however when trying accessories we were only given a sample of what the staff member had pulled quickly from the store. We didn’t actually get to choose. I also felt the staff were quite pushy with making sure I had a belt and veil and storage probably to upsell. I wasn’t even sure that a belt was nessary as the dress I had chosen was a statement in itself. I chose the best veil out of the 3 I was shown. I didn’t choose a tiara from this shop. The storage was expensive and my dress had to be forced in.”

“Very good service and advice. Dress Prices reasonable and great to be able to buy of the peg. Dress bag should be included not an extra. Limited supply of sizes.”

“It was my first time trying on wedding dresses when I walked through the doors of Wed2B (in Glasgow). Needless to say, I was quite nervous as I did not know what to expect. Right away, the employees were making me feel welcomed and comfortable. When it came time to try on the dresses, dear Kayleigh helped me and kept me calm. She seriously made the experience all the more better as she related to me as a friend would, rather than a professional lacking emotion. Ultimately, I found the dress I wanted; it was such a special moment to celebrate. The dress, however, was two sizes too big, but they highly recommended an alteration service that they have a relationship with; they convinced me that I would have no trouble getting the dress fitted to my size perfectly. I am so thankful for my experience at Wed2B and would highly recommend it to any bride looking for their precious dress.”

“the staff were lovely and i found my dream dress but i was sold two underskirts at £79 each and when i saw the tailor she said she could hire me one for £20 so they should have told me at wed2be that this was an option. Also, when i found my dress there was no opportunity offered to have photos with any kind of 'i said yes to the dress' sign and no complimentary drinks or anything like smaller wedding shops do which was a bit disappointing. I really think that if there is the same dress in a bigger size at a bigger branch you should be able to transfer dresses between stores. Car salespeople manage it and wed2ne should offer this too. Also the lighting doesn't emulate outside light, as when i saw it on myself at the tailors it was wayyyyyy prettier than in wed2be - you would probbaly sell more if you sorted this out.”

“The lady who helped me try on the dresses was great. Really knew her stuff and she made the effort to interact with my party who came with me. Only improvement would be its nice to have a glass of fizz whilst trying on the dresses”

“Kayleigh helped me to find my dress. I was only in to look at styles and get an idea as this was the first shop I went to look for a dress. I had no idea what I was looking for! She was very attentive throughout and I thought was very down to earth. She made the process really straight forward and I came away with a dress I didn't think I would get! Can't believe it was really that easy, and really affordable! Thanks again!”

“I visited the Swindon store for my first look at wedding dresses. Lots of dresses and a lovely space, I felt very relaxed and under no pressure. Amber was the assistant and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I only had a small amount of time to try a few dresses and she was brilliant. Thank you.”

“This was my first time in web2be (Manchester) and it was a very enjoyable experience. I was a bit disapointed that you don't get the full range of dresses and sizes as you can get online. So you can only buy what's on the racks so you may need to visit more than one store and be open minded about what you try (which is a good thing anyway). However, there was still plenty of choice and the quality of the dresses is fantastic. We had Keira and she was so patient and helpful with lots of good advice and no pressure. She managed to pull out my dream dress after a rather poor verbal decription from my sister. I tried on many dresses and was able to flick back to my favourite to be sure. I only went for a look and ended up buying my dress. Thank you web2be”

“We had the best time at the Northampton store. Cleo was amazing and gave me as much time and options as I needed to find my perfect dress. She was so supportive and gave the best advice. The only let down was that we rang customer services prior to our visit to check stock availability. Being plus size I wanted to actually be able to try on the dresses that I liked. The stores don’t have the best stock of what is advertised online but there is plenty of options in store to try and I still found the one!!!”

“I bought a beautiful dress at Wed2be Manchester at a great price however I was not impressed with the service the assistant did not seem that interested and did not offer any help or suggestions on accessories. It was a Sunday morning so maybe it was down to the assistants on that day but after reading great reviews I was dissapointed”

“I went to WED2B in Hull and was served by Gemma. I walked in and me and my friend were told I was allowed to pick out 4 dresses. After telling Gemma the style I roughly had in mind she also helped us choose some. After trying on 3 of the 4 although all lovely they didn’t shout out they were the one. Then I saw one on the mannequin which I fell in love with but was a size below. They took it off so I could try it and then very kindly managed to get hold of the dress in my size (someone else had been trying it on at the time) and I fell in love with it. So I went away from a day where I just wanted to try some with my perfect dress! I originally chose a cathedral length veil after trying on a double layer. But after a night of thinking of nothing but I decided I did want a double layer with a blush. I went back the next day and was served by another lady who helped me choose my perfect veil and tiara and she was very helpful and patient, exchanged the veil no problem and gave me a refund or the remaining money. When trying on my dress at home one of the elastic hooks for the buttons snapped but it may well have been me being heavy handed and I think it will be a simple fix for a dressmaker. The only thing that would improve WED2B would be if they offered complimentary adjustments as my dress does need some. Thank you WED2B Hull.”

“Fiona and Claire very helpful at MK branch. Didn’t know what I wanted but they seemed to find what suited. Didn’t feel rushed and the first I went I did come out with a dress I hadn’t intended to get on my first visit however I then tried on another elsewhere and it just pipped the one I bought so returned it otherwise the branch and staff and selection of dresses is great”

“Many thanks to the Edinburgh store who were really friendly and helpful especially the store Manager and Ruth. As an older bride, I felt a bit self-conscious but Ruth was lovely and sweet. She’s studying costume design and I bet she’ll do really well. Thank you Ruth! Thanks to the manager too for calling the Gateshead store re another dress I’m interested in. My only comment would be that it would be great if customers could order dresses online and/or have dresses transported from one store to another. Generally a very positive experience though! Hannah”

“My first visit to the Manchester store went well however my second visit to the Manchester store was much better. Kathy was the bees knees, she was very patient, brought out all the accessories (something that didn’t happen on my first visit) and gave a honest opinion. The only reason why my review isn’t “very good” is because I’m having to arrange for my dress to be dry cleaned. It was only when I took it home that I noticed a BO smell (which I can assure you wasn’t down to me).”
