“I had a good over all experience at WED2B! The only thing I would change is that as a bridal party you got a bit of time without the lady helping you so you have time to discuss things with a little bit of privercy. Other than that I cannot fault the team at the Exeter store!”

“I visited Colchester Wed2b in February and was looked after by Jess who was great. Jess made the experience really enjoyable and agreed to stay late to enable me to try on additional dresses. She also spent time looking at availability of dresses in other stores. In the end I bought my dress from somewhere else but would recommend Wed2b to any bride.”

“I went to the store in Brighton Marina to try to find my dress, Annabell was very friendly and helpful when i was trying the ones I choose on. She wasn't pushy and did understand my needs and brought some accesories and a diferent dress after she knew what I was lokking for. Good service however I would have liked to be informed that the dress bag and the dress box were charged and had an addicional cost. I was so excited that i did not check the amount and paid without questions only to realize when I check the receipt when I got home (as the receipt was given in a seal envelop)”

“I found the range a bit disappointing, also as there is no booking for trying on i had to wait about 40 minutes which wasn't expected. It may be useful to actually book people in for trying-on dresses and let them know the times in advance. The assistant helping me wasn't really that helpful, luckily my daughter was so i was able to get the dress i wanted. The staff in general though were very helpful, welcoming and attentive.”

“I had a lovely experience both times I visited the Wrexham branch. The first time I had so much help trying to whittle down my gown styles as I went with one idea in mind and ended up leaving with something completely different. This is was from gaining the opinions of other staff members as well as my entourage. I ended up purchasing a dress that I was initially happy with but after a slight change of heart I returned to the same store and exchanged for exactly the same dress just in a different colour. I would 100% recommend Wed2b to anyone searching for their perfect dress. I had never heard of them until doing an online search. Just a pity you only get married once otherwise I would be back there in a flash 😁👰. Great job Wrexham store.”

“Visited the Leeds store today, my first visit anywhere to look for a dress for my wedding next year, Patricia, looked after me from start to finish not knowing what I was looking for, she quickly found my style and an amazing dress that myself and mum fell in love with and bought with all the accessories, thank you to her and all the lovely staff who made me feel really comfortable and the most find my dream dress, il be back with my bridesmaids later in the year. xxx”

“Went to the Bristol shop in the Galleries and found a beautiful dress. I’m really pleased. The girl who helped me find THE dress was amazing, really knows how to make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, for my first 4 dresses the first assistant was a bit stroppy which dampened my mood initially but thankfully the second assistant was great. The dresses are beautiful, only lesson is the assistant makes a great difference to your experience, if you are not connecting with one, ask for a different one so you choose the right dress for you. Overall I’m pleased.”

“I bought my wedding dress at the Bromley store yesterday. I found the service very good, Rukaykat was very helpful and professional. The waiting time was quite long, however I did expect this being a Saturday. I tried on 8 dresses in total, in two separate sessions. First session I tried on 4 dresses after waiting over an hour in the queue. I was able to pick another 4 but did had to re-queue. You are not able to just go and pick more dresses like a normal clothes shop. If you want to try on more than 4 you have to join the queue again. After choosing my next 4 dresses, we was able to go away and have lunch and return to save waiting around in the shop. The whole experience was great and the waiting didn’t put me off as they had lovely seating area and you can carry on browsing the dresses. All staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend.”

“I went to the swindon store a couple of weekends ago. We had a bit of a wait. Around 40 minutes ish, but thats to be expected on a saturday afternoon. I was helped by Claire who was warm and friendly. She wasn't pushy for a sale and she made sure the dress i chose was the right one for me. The rest of the saff were lovely friendly girls too and all made us feel welcome. Prices are great compared to other wedding dress shops i have been into but the quality is not compramised”

“Found my dream dress after trying on quite a few not so great dresses...girl serving me was helpful although she didn't seem very enthusiastic and kept looking at her watch....I was only in the store for an hour and a quater which i dont believe is a long time to find and purchase a wedding dress especially as it was the first time of trying dresses on”
