“My only criticism is the girl i was matched with as my dress fitter but nothing she actually did. I am 5ft 9 and she was tiny. She struggled at times with me being so tall. Maybe should have had a taller fitter”

“Unfortunately I did not find my dream dress at Wed2be but I have to say that the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend a visit as there was no pressure to purchase and the experience was very positive.”

“Taylar quickly gathered the elements of a dress that I liked and made suggestions of dresses to try. The dress I chose was one that she'd suggested given my preferences. Service provided by taylar was 5*. Shame you don't stock shoes.”

“The staff were loving and welcoming, I also found them very helpful. I did buy my dress whilst in the Milton Keynes branch. The only down side was that I thought there would be more dresses. I also thought the staff would have had more guidance as to what dresses I should try on. Overall it was a very positive and enjoyable experience.”

“Firstly I want to say I had a brilliant experience and I did find my dream dress. The staff were great.However, despite arriving first thing with 2 or 3 other brides we had quite a long wait to be seen. I understand that you want to give each bride as much time as possible but this really had a knock on effect. I hated waiting it only increased my anxiety and I was worrying about getting back to my children. Arriving early gave me no reassurance that I would be seen promptly”

“I liked that you could browse the dresses at your leisure, and that they’re all in size order. The lady who helped me was lovely, but the pictures she took of me in the dresses I tried, were awful! Really bizarre angles, blurry and she even cut the top of my head off in a couple 😂”

“Loved my experience with wed2be the only thing I would say to change is how rushed things seem to be I didn't even pick any dresses up the woman working there picked 4 up and that was it. I know they know what they're doing but it would have been nice for me to have a chpice in which I wanted to pick.”

“Had a lovely experience at WED2B the assistance who attended to me where professional and caring. The only downfall was that there was not a lot of plus size dresses compared to the smaller sizes so was limited. Also the seating area was very grey.”

“The sales assistant was phenomenal and really helped to make the experience much simpler and less stressful. I found a fabulous dress which I’m really happy with. The only slight downside was the aggressive up selling of accessories. I ended up with a belt I neither like nor want and didn’t buy the veil I do want because I was getting fed up with so many extras being added to the bill. Overall I do recommend wed2b but I wish the assistants would just advise you to get certain items rather than just putting them on you and adding them to the bill.”

“Had great experiences in Wed2b in Manchester and Bolton. I spent more time in Bolton trying on different dresses and was helped by Becca who was fantastic! I feel uncomfortable in underwear in front of others but didn't feel embarrassed at all. Becca was really friendly, professional and helpful and found a list of stores which had the dress I wanted in my size as sadly Bolton didn't. I nearly gave it 5 stars but the reason I didn't is because I had found 9 dresses on their website that I liked and not one was in the shops I visited - I understand this is how Wed2b works and that what's in the shop is what they have available - it's just I was a little disappointed that there wasn't even 1 of my choices.”

“Lovely service from the staff who helped me pick and try dresses (great collection of dresses and a variety of styles!). Very friendly and welcoming. There were a few loose embellishments on the dress purchased with two areas where they had likely fallen off (the threads from the beadings are quite prominently there). Unfortunately, the store manager perhaps could have handled the situation better rather than firmly insisting that the beadings had not fallen off but were meant to be asymmetrical (noting that they were midline embellishments where one side had fallen off) and was unnecessarily short about it which was an anticlimax to the dress shopping experience. Staff who had helped with trying on the dress had been very helpful and professional when we spoke about the missing beadings and that was much appreciated. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend Wed2B to fellow friends and family.”

“Went to WED2B at Bolton for my wedding dress, lovely staff greeted us on arrival. Very welcoming and friendly. Amy was allocated to myself to aid me in a dream wedding dress . Amy was friendly, understanding and competent. She made the whole process enjoyable and special. I was so happy to find not only the perfect wedding dress but also the gorgeous accessories to make my dress my dream dress. Thank you so much Amy and staff for an enjoyable stress free afternoon.”

“The staff in the shop were lovely, all friendly and very patient, putting me at ease. I bought the 2nd dress I tried on! Unfortunately I got home and had a niggling doubt that it wasn't 'the one'. I took it back, was served by another lovely member of staff and was able to exchange it for my now dream dress which I love. The only negative.... when I bought the first dress it was taken to the till, I was told the price, then the assistant said it would be £30 for the storage box. I thought it a little expensive and she didn't say it was an option but I thought it would be a good way to protect the dress until the big day. I imagined a sturdy dress and tissue paper to keep it nice. What it actually was was a flimsy trunk style box worth around £5! The zip up dress cover was more than adequate and when I got home, the dress was quite squashed in to the box. If left like that for storage it certainly wouldn't have done the dress any good. So, unfortunately, although the dress experience was good, I feel a little ripped off by being a sold a box I didn't need, want, and don't use because it's not big enough - £30 Is a lot I think and it's left a sour taste to be honest.”
