“Upon arrival, the greeting was the not the best in the Bromley store. Staff were gathered together and did not greet us or make us feel welcome. It was quite uncomfortable. There was only one other customer in the shop at the time as it was a week day. However when somebody did greet us the experience became much nicer. I chose two dresses and tried them on. The assistant was very helpful at this stage. I found the dress that I love and she also helped me out with accessories too. Along with the dress I bought a belt on the day too and she wrote down the names of the veils I liked so I could make a decision in time. I am still yet to come into WED2B to purchase my veil and will probably purchase flower girl dresses also. WED2B have some amazing dresses. Really good quality at excellent prices. I believe this is why WED2B are so popular, three of my friends have chosen WED2B dresses and they have all been beautiful and completely different styles. The presentation of the store was lovely too, bright and airy and plenty of room. All in all I enjoyed my WED2B experience and I love the dress I have chosen. I cannot wait to wear it. Thank you WED2B for supplying stunning gowns at a reasonable price.”

“Bought my dress in the Glasgow store. It was very busy however I didn't have to wait long at all and all staff were very friendly and approachable. Very pleased with my dress.”

“A well organised bridesmaids shopping trip. All of the girls enjoyed over an hour of trying on dresses of different styles and colours.. No fuss, very relaxed and no hard sell. We had time to think over our choices which we did - and the ordering/payment of all dresses was also organised. We would recommend. Thank you Tayla.”

“Great service in the early stages but some follow up would be good as I did intend to buy but didn't see my dress early on. After an initial call about one other dress which wasn't right I never got another call. I did come back myself and made a purchase but some others maybe put off. That being said while in the store the assistant couldn't do enough to help and with this aspect I was extremely satisfied.”

“I love this shop, all the dresses are reasonably priced and very beautiful. The only slight down fall are the sizing of the bridesmaid dress - the fit & feel of the dresses are stunning, and the sizing against UK sizes are perfect, however the straps on the Haven dress come up very tight. I have 2 bridesmaids (1 size 8 & 1 size 12) - but both dresses have straps which are far too small for the size. They dresses fit perfect but the straps make it unbearable for the girls to wear their dress, so we've had to go up a size in dress just for the straps to be comfortable - which means alterations have to be made the whole of the dress :-( Maybe the dresses can be made with longer straps - this would enable a small alteration, rather than having to go up a size in dress and having to alter the whole dress. It would be desirable to make the dress for tall and petite sizes too. I'm 5'7" and with heels the dress would be too short, so my girls have to wear flats or a small heel.”

“Lovely friendly staff every time, more then happy to help me when I had to exchange my dress TWICE (once due to change of mind on style) and the second time when taking my dress to the Seamstress to be taken up I was told that the dress was way too small and I couldn’t sit down in it (something I hadn’t thought of in the shop therefore didn’t even try to sit in it 🤣) but again the Staff were all lovely and helpful every time and the dresses are beautiful for a fraction of the price of a designer dress. Thanks”

“Wed2B in Cardiff was a lovely shop filled with beautiful dresses. Myself and my bridal party were greeted by a lovely lady who explained how to pick dresses and to then take a seat and we will be called. We only waited a few minutes before we were called. I have to be honest, the lady dressing me wasn’t very helpful. She didn’t really make much conversation and when I had a dress on, she didn’t comment on it at all, didn’t ask me what I liked/didn’t like, didn’t try to tuck the straps or whatever in if they were too big and she also didn’t suggest me trying a belt or veil or anything, when I said I found the dress too plain. Myself and my bridal party chose to add a belt and the veil we liked which turned into me saying yes to the dress! All in all it was a good experience, but what tainted it for me was the person fitting me in my gowns was very unhelpful compared to the ladies at other shops I visited.”

“There were plenty of dresses to try but all of a similar style within the size range. I got to try as many dresses as I wanted but I felt like at time the consultant was ready to ‘give up’ and let me walk away without my dream dress. It was then after that point I found the one. All the staff were so complimentary and had what felt like a genuine interest in me and my wedding. When I found the one, nothing was too much trouble with finding accessories and offering advice for alterations.”

“Went to wed2b in Wednesbury two weeks ago where a lovely lady called Georgia helped me pick my dream wedding dress & I put a deposit on it. I have just been to pick it up where I was helped by another lovely lady called Shannon who helped me choose a veil to go with it. I was amazed by the quality & price but especially how helpful & the staff are. Thank you so so much!”
