I was delighted to find my perfect dress and accessories at wed2b stoke for such a reasonable price. The advisor that helped me (Christina) was honestly wonderful. My one problem with my experience was that when it came time to purchase my items, I was charged for a dress bag and a dress box. Clearly I needed the bag, and it was strange that a wedding dress wouldn't come with one included in the cost. My issue was more so with the £40 canvas box I was made to buy. It was very underhanded. I had a lovely experience on the day, hence the high rating. However the day has been tainted by discovering (when looking at the breakdown of costs) that these items had been added to my bill without request or consent.

Love my dress and the staff in Belfast couldn't have been more helpful. Originally went to Dublin and they were not as good, had to wait an hour to try on dresses, but the Belfast shop made up for this. Can't wait to wear my dress now.

Staff were really friendly and went over and above to make sure I was happy with my choice. Slightly disappointed that they didn’t have all of the dresses in the store that are shown on their website. Perhaps this needs to be clearer to customers on the website. Also they don’t order the style that you want in so if you see one on the website you really like don’t expect it to be at the store. Other than that is was a great experience.

Came here just to try different styles as my wedding is over a year away, never expected to buy my dress so soon but I ended up finding the one! It was a very long wait to get in, it would’ve been nice to potentially go away and continue shopping and be called back when ready. But the staff were wonderful and friendly, she knew exactly what I wanted and what suited me and my dress is actually what she brought in for me! The dresses here have really good variety and are beautiful, wish I could’ve bought them all! Very professional and enjoyable, the only issue we had was just waiting so long

On the whole a positive experience. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. My consultant, Ellie, was very knowledgeable and helpful. After no luck with the dresses I chose she was able to find my perfect dress for me! The only downfall to the experience was that we had to wait an hour and a half to be seen! I was very close to walking out as we had two children with us who were getting very bored. If it wasn’t the lovely staff member, Georgia, chatting and showing us round the shop floor I would have left. Very glad that I didn’t though because I found my dress and I couldn’t be happier with it.

I have not only purchased my wedding dress from Wed2B but also my bridesmaids dress and my little girls flower girl dress. I was really impressed with the friendliness of all the members of staff I came into contact with, and really liked how they made me feel at ease in what could be a really daunting and stressful situation. The dresses are all lovely and great value! My only negative point was upon asking if I could check the stock of “my dress”, I was told that there was only 1 left in stock in my size within the whole company, and it happened to be in that store. I later visited another store with my bridesmaids for their dresses and found out that I had been duped as there was 6 left in various locations across the UK. I still love my dress but feel I was rushed into making my decision there and then.

I had a brilliant time at WED2B!!! The team were great, friendly and welcoming and as we went early we were the only people in there initially!!! My mum and I picked out our dresses and the only negative I would say is that we felt we waited a long time to try on dresses and then when we discussed trying more than 4 on we realised we would have to wait again....whilst I understand it's a walk in service we weren't really expecting this and think it should be made a little clearer on the website! We felt that overall it was a really good experience and really enjoyed the morning!! Coming away with a dress really wasn't what we were expecting but was a fun surprise!!!

I had seen one of the dresses online which I had fell in love with. I then visited my local store and unfortunately they did not have this dress in stock. I then enquired through FB messenger asking to see availability of stores that currently stocked the dress and I was sent a list. I then asked if it was possible for someone else to buy the dress on my behalf as they are located near one of the stores which had the dress in stock. I was then told the bride had to be in the store and to try it on. I was unable to travel during the time so I asked if they can do transfers to another store, at this point i was turned down due to potential damage of the dress in transit. I don't understand why this would be of any problem as shipping companies offer insurance for transit of items. Something I thought wouldn't have been any issue considering the value of the item I was purchasing. I expected much better service. At this point I was about to shop elsewhere, but I thought to have one last go and phoned up one of the stores instead and the lady could not be more helpful. She offered to transfer the dress to my local store with no hassle at all and said it will be dispatched to the store within a week, it actually arrived much sooner. I was very pleased with how the shop operates and the customer service was fantastic which was in stark contrast to the lack luster service received when contacting online. Another issue I experienced was with contacting stores. When contacting the number provided for that local store you are greeted with customer service which involves a transfer through to that particular store. This happened regardless of which number I used. To conclude overall my experience at WED2B could have been much better and if it wasn't for that particular store/employee being so helpful I would have definetely sourced my dress from elsewhere.

I must say I did not wait long and was greeting well. As I was a small size I did not have much of a selection, but they had the one I originally saw on the web. Very happy.

Brilliant shop, loved the choices of dresses and the prices. The only negative thing I could say is the sales staff need to let people know the policy on if you leave the dressing room you also lose your slot. I arrived at the store early as I knew it was a waiting process and I was the first there and no one else was there. It did get busy later on and as you can only take 4 dresses in at a time I had laid my next 4 out for the sales girl to bring in. By this time it had got busier and by mistake my dresses had been put away and I was asked to go back and re pick them. At this point another member of staff came up to me and said I had lost my slot. I I’d to explain to her I was never told the policy when I first came in the fact that the only reason I left was my dresses were put away and as I had been asked to go and re get them and I was half way through I had left my bag and all my other items. Other than that it was a brilliant experience

Kayleigh helped us try on dresses which was good, Nice selection. Helpful staff in Bournemouth and Nice store with great fitting rooms plenty of mirrors etc

I visited the Southampton store with my mum and the service was excellent. The manager and the assistant helping us were both so polite and helpful, and even after trying 8 dresses over the course of about 4 hours, they were patient and put no pressure on me. The assistant made me feel so comfortable that I didn't even mind being stood in nothing but the underskirt and funny face mask you wear to prevent make up smears! The dresses themselves are stunning and surprisingly substantial for the price - I didn't need a bra with any of them, and I'm not small on top. I'm going with 4 rather than 5 stars because despite being a larger Wed2b the range of dresses available in a size 16 or 18 wasn't great, whereas there was a huge wall of size 8s and 10s. There were definitely dresses in smaller sizes that would have been contenders for me if they were available in my size, so that felt like a shame. But don't let that put you off - I very, very nearly left with a dress and I'm going back to a different Wed2b this week for another go.

The customer service at the Wed2be shop in Bromley was fantastic. I was made to feel special. I bought 'Tatum' which was a stunning dress. Sadly the sequins and beading on the straps were not securely sewn, so my mother spent a very fraught time sewing on the morning of the wedding. It was a race against time. We could have done without this added stress. The dress had been in the carrier case. It was a shame that the defective sections were in prominent places.

Staff were very helpful both at Gateshead and Middlesbrough stores. They knew there stock and made good recommendations to try and meet my requirements. The service could be improved by allowing the transfer of dresses between shops without customer having to pay. I had to travel to Middlesbrough to get my dress as was no longer available in my size at Gateshead.

I purchased my wedding dress from your Cardiff branch. I was immediately made to feel very welcome by the lady on reception and my bridal party and I were very impressed with the girl who helped me try on the dresses. I wasn’t rushed at all and the whole experience was very positive. After leaving my dress at the shop to pick up later in the day, I had a phone call from one of staff who explained that another customer had taken my dress home with them in error. The lady (Bethan I think) went above and beyond to get me my dress back, she even drove to my home the following day to personally deliver it. Many thanks to everyone I dealt with at the shop, I will he recommending it to any future brides.
