Her expertise and experience was second to none. Chlőe was so helpful, listening to what I would like, any concerns I had and made me feel like I was not just another customer but part of the WED2B family. My dress is beautifully stunning and exceeded my expectations. The delicate embroidery is perfect, the shimmer of the fine glitter effect on the skirt compliments the whole dress. I feel like my dress was personally made for me. The fit is perfect. Chlőe went above and beyond to help my daughter choose a graduation dress. An equally stunning dress that fits her beautifully. Chlőe helped me choose the accessories that complimented my dress perfectly. I can’t thank you enough.”

“Cara helped me find my perfect dress! She was amazing I told her what ones I like and held back a few but she come with one that was just perfect! I didn’t want to try anymore but we tried on one more and I knew the first one was for me! Cara was so lovely and made me feel amazing!! All other girls were great thank you so much xxx”

“Afgelopen zaterdag 10 mei hier naar binnen gelopen doordat ik bij een andere bruidszaak doorverwezen werd naar Wed2B omdat die iets voor me hadden omdat ze in mijn maat en budget weinig hadden en ze me met een rot gevoel weghebben laten gaan, ik deed mijn verhaal en de eerste verkoper zei me ook heel eerlijk dat ze eigenlijk maar 1 model had, dus ik twijfelde of ik wilde passen, dus deze vriendelijke dame stelde voor om eerst anders even te gaan lunchen en dan zou ze me bellen als er plek was zodat ik de klap van daarvoor even kon verwerken, maar op dat moment kwam Liesbeth aan lopen en die hoorde mijn verhaal en die zei meteen ik ga jou helpen ! neem maar plaats op de bank ik kom er zo aan, normaliter helpt ze geen klanten maar is ze gastvrouw en verwelkomt ze de gasten, maar ze kwam later terug , ging op zoek naar jurken en kwam met drie jurken terug .Ze legde alles goed uit en ze was gewoon super lief en luisterde ook echt naar wat ik wilde , De eerste jurk was het net niet maar jurk 2 stal meteen mijn hart . Ze vroeg me of dit een ja was en dat was het zeker . Ze maakte het mooi af met een mooie sluier en dankzij Liesbeth heb ik volgend jaar de dag van mijn dromen. We gingen nog even verder winkelen en later zou ik de jurk op komen halen , dus zo gezegd zo gedaan. Liesbeth heeft me nog een dikke knuffel gegeven en dat vond ik zo lief. Dus lieve Liesbeth je bent een topper en je andere collega's natuurlijk ook, maar jij wist van mijn domper dag een hele mooie dag te maken , dank je wel kanjer..... Dus raad ik wed2b aan ? JAAAAAAAAAA ZEKERS”

“I had a wonderful time with Teresa at WED2B Derby. I had a list of dresses I was hoping to try on, and Teresa located the ones they had available and offered similar choices for the ones that were not. The whole experience was lovely - no pressure, no rush and such kindness and warmth from all staff present. We also lucked out and had the whole shop for ourselves which was fab! I was very fortunate that my number 1 dress was available in my size and after trying other options on - I said yes to my number 1 dress! Thanks again Teresa, you were a joy to shop with! :)”

“I went to the Hinckley store and had Amelia help me pick out my perfect dress. She was absolutely fantastic, I can’t put into words how helpful and lovely she was! She listened to all my likes and dislikes and really took into consideration what would work for me - and in the end due to her fantastic recommendation I found the dress of my dreams! The accessories such as the skirts, veils, hair pieces, everything was just so stunningly beautiful. Fantastic customer service all round and a really lovely selection of dresses, couldn’t recommend more! And especially a massive thank you to Amelia for making it such a special time and helping me find the perfect dress!!”

“This was an experience I was dreading, being in my fifties and not the size I used to be. But Katie was the most kindest and knowledgeable person who helped me find something I wasn’t really looking for. Her passion and patience was second to none, she made me and my bridesmaids feel great. It was helpful to have the shop to ourselves and we certainly not rushed. Thank you Katie, you were amazing. “I just want to say a huge thank you to Julie. All of the staff in the Liverpool store were fantastic from the minute I walked in. It was such a lovely personalised experience and I would recommend anyone to go there. Julie looked after me and my friends and family and I’m so happy she did as she was so warm and welcoming and I instantly felt at ease. She was absolutely amazing and so so nice, I went in feeling a bit nervous as it was my first time trying dresses but she made me feel so comfortable and she was just as excited as I was when I found my dress. “Whilst I didn’t buy my dress today. Generally due to the colour. Mariya has set the bar for support on finding the right dress. She was down to earth, considerate and extremely calming! Nothing was too much trouble and she was generally excited to help me with the process. She understood my wants and also manage to get me to look at dresses I wouldn’t have considered. She is an asset to your Norwich store. And anyone who manages to end up with her help. Will I have no doubt get the best service, that no other can match. Mariya Thank you!”
