“Went to have a look at dresses for my 40th wedding anniversary was a bit overwhelmed with wedding dresses,as I thought I wanted but I went for a nice bridesmaid dress which I thought was age appropriate brilliant service but so sorry didn't catch name of lady who was helping me ,was very professional Thank you”

“Postives: This branch is welcoming as soon as you arrive. It felt like my mum and I were with friends, as the ladies were so warm and were quick to make us feel at ease. They listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and were able to advise on accessories to complement my dress. Negatives: The Bournemouth branch needs to improve their heating; it felt as though I was stood in a warehouse rather than a salon, (my bridal party were also freezing) which is obviously a known problem as the manager was wearing a coat. The temperature matched her ice cold temperament. Thank goodness I was not put off of visiting Wed2B by this branch, and well done to the lady who attended me there, who advised that I might find the dress I was specifically after at the Southampton branch; which I did!”

“This was my first experience of trying on wedding dresses and was helped by Eloise (Elle) who was amazing. She was so friendly and personable, taking the time to understand what style I usually go for but also using the initiative to find different styles which was really helpful. I didn't find a dress on this occasion but it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend it here.”

“I found all the staff super helpful , I visited 2 stores both the Edinburgh and Gateshead branch I have to say both were great ! The Newcastle one did seem much bigger and just really beautiful with such a great selection of dresses , they are all stunning ! I found my absolutely dream dress I felt like a princess in it , absolutely stunning choice of dresses! A huge thanks to Natalie on the Gateshead branch I really did feel she went above and beyond for me , thanks so much to everyone !”

“Paula looked after us in store on Tuesday morning. She was so kind and accommodating especially considering we had my 86 year old nanny with us. She really knows her stuff and you can tell she’s great at reading customers finding what they want and putting everyone at ease. We’d a lovely morning she had no problem running off to help give us ideas. So delighted to have found my dream dress on the first try with one fuss free visit. Thank you Paula”

“Had the most amazing experience in Wed2B Dublin. I was so nervous and apprehensive but we had a great time from the minute we walked in, the team are so lovely and welcoming. And a special mention to my bridal specialist Surabhi, who honestly knew exactly what suited me before I knew myself, she was amazing and made the whole experience much more special, I can’t thank her enough!”

“I came here for an emergency back up wedding dress and the team were so lovely and efficient! They listened to everything that I wanted in a dress and wasted no time with finding the perfect one! I was in and out of the shop within an hour and half with dress in hand! Couldn’t thanks the team enough for their efforts with my last minute emergency”

“Sehr nette kompetente Beratung. Sauberes, großzügiges Ambiente. Tolles Konzept, die Beraterinnen haben uns die Vorteile und Möglichkeiten von WEB2B nahegelegt. Wir hatten zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, uns wird was „aufgequatscht“. Sie hatten sehr viel Geduld mit mir und meinen kleinen „Problemchen“ Am Ende haben wir durch die gute Beratung und große Auswahl ein zauberhaftes Kleid gefunden. Unser Lob gilt ganz klar den beiden Beraterinnen. Schön wäre es, wenn der Kleidersack ab einer bestimmten Summe in den Preis inbegriffen wäre. Ein Gläschen Sekt hätte uns gefallen. “Fiona and Felicity were exceptional today. Made the bride feel at ease and listened to what she thought she wanted and after trying on many different dresses and styles helped to find “the one” being able to help with bridesmaids dresses too made the whole experience complete.”

“Wir waren bei Gunda und sie hat uns toll beraten. Vor allem ist sie auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat nicht versucht mich irgendwo „reinzuzwingen“. Ich habe mein passendes Kleid leider nicht gefunden, jedoch würde ich immer wieder zu ihr gehen und sie auch weiter empfehlen.”

“Visited web2b with my family, four generations, very spacious and vibrant shop. A Lovely, helpful lady called Nicola helped me choose an amazing dress, she was so helpful, being an older bride and plus size I was a bit apprehensive about choosing a dress, but with a lot of praise and knowledge given to me by Nicola I found the perfect dress, Thank you to everyone that helped and made it a very special day.”

“Cerys did an amazing job today. She was engaging and very helpful throughout out. She took details about the venue and time of year to begin with to get clear picture of what would work well for the venue. Throughout trying on the dresses, she took note of what I liked and made helpful suggestions of what try. It was a very enjoyable experience and I absolutely love the dress. It is evident that she enjoys what she does and this comes through in how she conducts herself and the manner in which she supports shoppers.”
