“Ruth was absolutely amazing. I came for the first time a few weeks ago with a specific idea in mind but couldn’t find anything that wowed me. When I came back I saw Ruth again and asked her to put me in something completely different and after a few dresses we found the perfect one. Ruth listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, which lead to us finding the one. Thank you so much”

“I was able to walk in, pick the dress I'd already set my heart on, try it on and then walk out! Job done! Everyone was very friendly, Alysia and Rebecca were especially helpful. Lots of advice and suggestions. I feel like I'm really getting married now! Thank you everyone!”

“Nina was very patient with us and really took the time to listen to concerns from us all. Nina really listened to brides comments which are the most important and bride really valued this. Cost was transparent. Checked you were happy at every point. Excellent idea to try two dresses on at once which really helped visualise how alternations would look.”

“What fantastic service from the minute I arrived .My assistant was Abi and made me feel very comfortable from the very start .She listened attentively and helped me navigable through the dresses that would enhance my figure and put me at ease . She was so friendly and above all professional and knowledgable . You made my wedding dress shopping day so easy and I left in tears of happiness thank you .”

“Ich möchte mich nochmal herzlich bedanken für die tolle Beratung, die Geduld und tolle Ideen. Lena ist sehr herzlich und geht sehr auf die Wünsche der Kundin ein. Ich hätte niemals gedacht in einen Brautladen zu gehen und sofort mit einem Brautkleid nach Hause gehen zu können. Dank Lena war das der Fall. Ich kann WED2B nur empfehlen, da es tolle Brautkleider gibt, die auch bezahlbar und wunderschön sind. Danke Lena.”

“We were served by Saoirse in the Manchester Arndale store. She was so kind and helpful and immediately understood what I was looking for - infact she got it right with the first dress! But was still happy to let me try on more to make sure. She wasn't pushy at all and really took the time to make it a special experience. Thank you Saoirse!”
