"I am so grateful for the help of Taylor because I can\u2019t believe I said yes to the dress!! The whole experience was better than I even imagined. After going to a very well known high end bridal boutique and not having a great experience, wed2b Wednesbury was my next stop. I thought I would use this opportunity to try on as many dresses as I could in my size to really see what suits me, rather than having the pressure of an appointment. Taylor (young girl with red hair who has been working there for 8 months) welcomed us in straight away and talked us through the process. She hand picked dresses that flattered me and helped me get changed, also making me feel so much more confident by getting to know me and talking normally. She was so down to earth it felt like she was part of my bridal party and she really cared about helping me. The other shop felt like a sales push and they would rush me to get out of every dress I didn\u2019t like and into the next. Wed2b bridal experts were all so complimentary, everytime the curtain opened to reveal me in a new dress the store assistants gasped and told me how gorgeous I looked, and it felt like a genuine reaction not a sales tactic, the environment felt so warm and welcoming and I didn\u2019t expect to feel like that with an off the peg shop at all. As if it was fate, my dress fits me like a glove and I was the first bride to ever try it on. So I\u2019ve got a brand new dress at a fraction of the price. Taylor said this was her dream job and she wanted to do it forever and you can tell why. She is a credit to Wed2b the company and should be recognised for her amazing service, she\u2019s a real superstar and I couldn\u2019t be more grateful \u2764\ufe0f"

"I visited WED2B on Church Street in Stoke-on-Trent and had such a lovely experience, especially thanks to Lauren, who assisted me throughout my dress trials.\r\nHonestly, I couldn\u2019t have asked for a better person to help me find my wedding dress! Lauren was so friendly, patient and attentive, and she really understood what I was looking for. I asked for her help in finding something similar to the style I had in mind, and when I tried the dress she suggested, I instantly knew it was the one!\r\nI ended up choosing my wedding dress and veil, and I couldn\u2019t be happier with both my choices and the wonderful service I received. Lauren made the whole experience feel so easy, comfortable and special."

"Hi there - I just wanted to leave some feedback on my visit to your Manchester Arndale store last Saturday 12th September. We arrived around 10am and were greeted by a wonderful lady - not sure on her name but she was so kind and asked so many questions about my big day. She welcomed my mum, sister and niece too and we felt so comfortable from the get go. \r\n\r\nWe were told to have a browse of some dresses whilst the changing rooms were ready and were then passed onto Kelis - and I can't commend her enough. She really listened to what I was saying about each dress and found dresses\/solutions on the spot. I felt so comfortable with her in the changing room, and she was so professional. \r\n\r\nI said yes to the dress and this was all down to Kelis. She truly deserves a massive shout out and recognition. We would've had her join us for celebratory drinks afterwards if she wasn't finishing her shift \ud83d\ude09\r\n\r\nThere was a moment in the changing room where another member of staff asked Kelis what size dress she was looking for (for me), and Kelis was so professional in her response 'what sizes do you have' a comment so small most people wouldn't even realise, but this reinforces how professional she is not revealing a brides size in front of a full changing room. I also really loved how she stood with me and asked me what I thought about the dress before the 'big reveal' when the curtain opened, she would let my family know what I thought of the dress before they gave their opinions - again something so small but had such a big impact. \r\n\r\nIt was my first time trying wedding dresses on, and I said yes to the second dress! (We tried plenty on but the second dress was the one!)\r\n\r\nI just want to say how fantastic she was and what an asset to your team she is. "Bromley wed2b are totally amazing. All the staff are lovely but Aaleayah who helped me was absolutely perfect. I was anxious and terrified to wear a wedding dress but she calmed me down made me feel at ease and her and my daughter made it an experience I'll never forget. Her caring lovely nature was felt. And with that , my first ever look at a dress I found the perfect one and bought it that same day. \r\nThankyou all so much, and Aaleayah for making it a wonderful and happy day. \r\nAnd I never thought the crying moment really happened when you found the right dress but im not ashamed to say I was crying like a baby...happy tears.
