“I visited the Shirley branch twice before deciding on a dress. My experience both times was exceptional from the warm welcome to the final purchase. Being a very indecisive person didn’t work in my favour for choosing a wedding dress. But the team, specifically Machala and Charlotte, were on it and were so helpful and kind. I ended up falling in love with a completely different style of dress than I thought I would! And I can’t wait to wear it and treasure it for my daughters one day. Thanks Ladies for your wealth of knowledge and also, for not making me feel overwhelmed with the pressure of a sale! Would definitely recommend a visit!”

“Thank You for the Exceptional Service at St Paul's Wed2b Bridal Boutique Dear Wed2b Bridal Boutique Team, I had an incredible time at St Paul's Wed2b early this month. I was served by the beautiful lady Kathrine, and I was truly impressed by the attention to customers need service she provided. What made the experience even more special was the way the entire team came together to offer styling advice and assistance. The level of customer service I received, especially from Kathrine, was simply outstanding. As a result, I am keen to bring along a few friends who are getting married to the St Paul's pop-up. The boutique is undoubtedly the best, and the reassurance I felt from the exceptional service makes it the perfect destination for my friends. I want to express my gratitude to all the lovely ladies at St Paul's Wed2b. Your patience, hard work, and dedication did not go unnoticed. “I went to WED2B very open minded and I was so impressed with my whole visit. From the second I went in the door I was greeted by friendly members of staff. Tracey was my bridal consultant and she was incredible. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, she was very patient, listened well and was just all around amazing. Thank you Tracey for helping me find my dream dress!”

“Honestly my experience was brilliant! I was initially interested because of the competitive pricing but thought that might come with a less personable service. I have to say their team were very knowledgeable about how dresses fit, they took my ideas on board and found lots of options for me. We had Naomi who made the whole experience super fun!”

“Had great experience with Paula in Wed2be in Dublin very polite knew what to do, place was extremely clean. Had couple of dresses found online but they sold out fast so i showed my other options 2nd dress tried on was purchased so happy cant wait to wear it on my wedding”

“Eine schöne Auswahl an Brautkleidern in verschiedenen Stilrichtungen und eine sehr freundliche und geduldige Beratung durch Janne. Auch die anderen Kolleginnen waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben nach weiteren Größen und Modellen geschaut. Es war kein Problem, mit mehreren Personen dort zu sein. Die Brautkleider haben eine tolle Qualität & ich kann den Store sehr empfehlen!”

“When I first stepped into the shop I was so nervous and didn’t know what I wanted. But then to my rescue came florie she was amazing so friendly and didn’t stop smiling and made me laugh throughout my day. My family picked dresses for me to try on but florie just knew what I wanted after just trying on one and picked the perfect dress for me. My hen party was the week after picking my dress so we returned back to the shop to see florie and to show her my costume for the day slightly different to how I looked the week before haha. My experience at the shop was amazing and I would highly recommend for future brides to be.”

“We attended Chelmsford wed2be on Sunday 23 March. Whilst there was an enormous range of dresses we didn't end up buying.. However I want to give a huge shout out to Sana who was our assistant.. She was brilliant. Tried her very best to find the right dress for my future daughter in law and made us all very comfortable. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and obviously an asset to the shop. Thank you for being so kind Sana”

“I purchased a wedding dress with all the accessories from the Nottingham store back in August. I recently took the dress out the box and realised that the embroidery was faulty and that it was coming away in certain areas (this was before any alterations), the internal bra strap was also snapped. I contacted Katie in the customer service department over email who was brilliant and she ordered a brand new dress to the store for me to exchange. I went to the store the next day and the new dress had the same issues unfortunately, which was devastating. I was served by the store managers Emma and Becky who were absolutely brilliant. They let me change the dress for another style, and I ended up finding a dress that I loved a million times more than my original. I ended up also exchanging my underskirt and veil so it would all match with the new dress. Emma even called the Derby store to source a veil that would match my new dress perfectly that they didn’t have in stock in Nottingham. I ended up paying another couple of hundred pound difference which was unfortunate, but I’m really glad I did as I absolutely love my new dress. When I first noticed the damage on my original dress I was devastated but Emma/Becky from the Nottingham store and Kerry from the Derby store ended up turning the situation around and turned it into a great experience. Emma was especially lovely and did everything she could to make sure I was happy. Customer service was 10/10 and I’m now super happy with my dress. I would say to others to give your dress a quick check over before taking it away on the day, especially if it has been tried on a few times. Thank you so much for sorting my issue out so quickly. 😊”

“We had a wonderful, warm and welcome by a very bubbly manager Keira… after a short ten minute wait; but allowed to browse respectfully at dresses Keira introduced me and my entourage to Meg, my personal dresser, Meg made my experience special and a little less frustrating than our morning experience at the Hinckley branch … after giggles, a few tears and lots of discussion I came away with the first dress I tried on which was not the dress I went in for. Only one thing being very overwhelmed, excited and relieved I didn’t take much notice of the extra items read out to me that had been added to my list; and in reflection I don’t think I needed a box, bag and a hanger for my underskirt but overall we all had a great experience and would recommend…thank you DERBY WED2BE 🥰”

“Enya was amazing, patient, understanding and had a great eye for what looks good. She put me at ease and took me through the process. At all times I felt zero pressure to make a purchase. Rather I felt like my comfort and needs were the priority, even if this didn’t result in a sale.”
