“Lauren was amazing when I was trying on dresses, and hyped me up so well when I loved my dress. She was the perfect level of excited and calm, what an absolute angel. I am so glad that she was with us on what could have been a very nerve wracking day and experience! She made us all feel so calm and genuinely cared for!”

“What an amazing experience from start to finish! We visited the Wrexham store today after braving the storm, when we arrived we were greeted by Kelly who kindly hung up our wet coats and showed us to the warm sitting area. We had a short wait until one of the girls were free and were welcomed to have a browse around. Then I was introduced to Summer who was absolutely faultless! Summer listened to everything I talked about from the aesthetic of the wedding to what I was looking for in a dress. We tried a few on and Summer was amazing at listening to what wasn't right with what I'd tried on and finding an alternative until I found what I was looking for. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in what I was choosing. In the end I found the perfect dress! I walked out with what I wanted (and a bit more!) and I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend this store if you're for a comfortable and friendly store with amazing girls who really listen to what a bride wants!”
