“Holli was fantastic, I had an in-depth consultation with her even going as far as discussing my wedding theme to ensure the dress fits it (which no other shop had done) and I ended up purchasing the very first dress she selected for me! I really enjoyed my experience, the shop is lovely and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I could come back and buy my dress later that week. “Attended the wed2b store in Swindon yesterday, 01/05/25 and purchased a beautiful dress following a wonderful experience with Vanessa. She made sure I didn’t look like a refrigerator which was my biggest worry! When I got home I realised there was a discrepancy with what price was on the tag of the dress and what I had been charged. I contacted customer care via the online help part of the website and by 10:30 this morning (02/05/25) it has all been resolved and taken care of. Wed2B was the first place I had been to try on dresses, I was overwhelmed prior to going and didn’t think I would find a dress I liked at all. But I found the one and I’m over the moon with it. Thank you Vanessa and the customer support team.”

“Zelfs een half uur voor sluitingstijd werd ik met veel warmte en vriendelijkheid ontvangen. Ik zocht een heel specifieke jurk en ik was dan ook in de wolken dat deze jurk in voorraad was en ook nog eens in de juiste maat. De verkoopster deelde mijn enthousiasme en maakte met behulp van een haarstuk en sluier mijn look compleet. Hoewel de winkel zou sluiten, werd er geen enkele keer haast achter gezet en ik kreeg de tijd om rustig te genieten van het moment. Ook het contact met mijn entourage verliep super warm en zij werden goed in de beleving betrokken. Ik ben erg dankbaar dat ik zo goed geholpen ben en mijn droomjurk heb gevonden aan een zeer mooie prijs en van prachtige kwaliteit!”

“I had the most amazing experience! The atmosphere was incredible. The ladies in the shop were fantastic and attentive they truly made me feel like a bride and gave me plenty of time to enjoy the experience. Every single member of staff spoke to me and made me feel very confident and comfortable needless to say I said yes to my dress !”

“OH MY GOOD GOD …. Natalie …. You are my wedding dress fairy. I have NEVER felt so scared and apprehensive. After never trying a wedding dress on Natalie made me feel so at ease even taking my clothes off in front of another person apart from my partner she made me feel a million dollars. She included my mum and my aunt and every entrance from behind the curtain it was special and they were included and not a hassle. As a very outgoing loud person I was a shell walking into the wed2be studio … I walked out a bride and so proud. I am so grateful to Natalie she is fantastic !!!!! I AM A 2025 BRIDE 👰🏽 xxxx”

“After a Second visit at the Bristol store, Tania was very helpful she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress, by helping to try on dresses that I had liked from the website. Tania came back with this dress I would have thought I’d never gone for and said YES!”

“Maddy and the team were fantastic from start to finish. I had a slight issue with a dress I'd purchased from another Wed2B store, but the ladies here went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and kindly. Thanks to their help, I left with my dream dress in the perfect size. The staff were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and truly made me feel at ease. “Our daughter is getting married next year. 8 of us attended Sarah's first dress appointment. Sarah was prepared and had a selection of dresses she wanted to try. Tanisha in the Edinburgh shop was amazing. Sarah tried a few different silhouettes. Sarah looked fantastic in them all. She loved the one she chose. We took the dress, underskirt and veil home with us. We had a fantastic morning.”

Georgia was great with me and my girls, made me feel special and I can’t thank her enough for that as a very nervous anxious person thank you so much. “What a great experience we had. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were made to feel welcome and looked after. Safia’s attention to detail, knowledge, advice & enthusiasm was second to none. We left not only with the most gorgeous dress and accessories, but when we got home we found the sweetest handwritten card in it wishing the bride Good luck for her wedding day. Highly recommend!!”

“Rebecca went above and beyond and has the patience of a saint! She helped us whittle down what we liked and didn't like about each dress until she brought in THE dress...and we both had a cry in the changing room! Such a relaxed, professional and friendly place. I highly recommend it.”

“They found me my dream dress! I’m such a fussy bride to be as my style is quite alternative, so I didn’t want a traditional dress and Carla in Leeds found me a beautiful floral dress (Florrelle) that is different but girly and makes me confident for my big day!”

“Arrivée au magasin 20 minutes avant la fermeture et 3 semaines avant mon mariage. Justine a été tellement accueillante et bienveillante. Pleine de bons conseils et de petites attentions.
