“I attend the Chesham store today with the Bride the manager was fantastic she knew exactly what dresses were what and so help a credit to Chesham store. We was paired with Alicia she had great ideas on what could be added to the dress what the bride wanted I would highly recommend attending Chesham store they are not the biggest but you definitely get a personal experience.”

“I came in and was greeted by such friendly staff. Sat down in the waiting area. They discussed the wait time. Which of course we were happy to wait. She then took my details and asked a little about my big day. She then explained how wed2be operates and showed us the different styles of dresses they have. Now i had been looking online and i had 1 dress which I had my heart set on and turns out luck was on my side as I wound up trying it on and saying Yes to The Dress I would recommend wed2be to all brides”

“I recently visited Wed2B and, while I did find a dress I liked, my overall experience was quite disappointing due to the amount of pressure I felt during the appointment. I went alone with the intention of browsing and getting a feel for what I liked, hoping to return later with friends for their opinions. However, once I showed interest in a dress, I was repeatedly pushed to make a decision on the spot. Even though I clearly stated I didn't have the money with me, the staff strongly encouraged me to leave a deposit and even suggested asking friends to transfer me money so I could buy it there and then. It turned what should have been an exciting and special moment into a stressful experience. I understand sales are part of any business, but the pressure to buy — not just the dress, but as many accessories as possible — felt overwhelming and unnecessary. I wish I had been given more space and time to think things through without being made to feel rushed or guilty for wanting to wait.”

“Fiona at the Milton Keynes store was the perfect consultant, helping to make my niece feel comfortable, confident, and special, as she tried on a variety of styles and accessories. Unfortunately she didn't find the dress but Fiona couldn't have been more helpful, patient or knowledgeable and the whole experience was really very special. Thank you!”

“The most fabulous experience! I turned up without knowing what style dress I wanted. It was my first time trying on dresses and I really just wanted to get a feel for different designs. I was welcomed immediately. Taken downstairs where the process was explained to me. A variety of dresses were brought for me to try on. Each dress was explained to me in detail before trying on and the process was just a pleasure. After a few dresses we’d narrows down the style I liked and found THE ONE! There were no time restraints, no rushing, absolutely no pressure to buy. I walked away with a beautiful dress that I cannot wait to wear! Thank you!”

“Ik kwam met 5 mensen en werd geholpen door Iris in Arnhem. Iris heeft ons ontzettend leuk, lief en enthousiast geholpen! Ze was heel fijn in de paskamer en deed het heel erg leuk! Waarom ik 4 sterren geef is dat we toch iets van een kopje koffie of thee misten. Je bent er zo 2 uur bezig en maakt zo’n moment/ervaring toch wat completer. Vooral voor de mensen die mee gaan en geen jurken hoeven te passen. Verder een hele fijne ervaring gehad en ben na 4 jurken geslaagd 😍”

“Omg this place is absolutely amazing everyone is so friendly and made me feel like a million dollars even though there was other people there they all still made an effort to talk and give there views I walked in there today so nervous and thinking i wouldn't even find a dress that suited me let alone one I would feel so amazing in and actually love my figure again after do many years I was seen by Teresa at the Derby store and I honestly thank her enough for everything and sorry I may you cry wirh us I SAID YES TO MY DRESS”

“From the first moment we arrived the ladies were all very welcoming and friendly. They explained the process and asked what sorts of styles I liked or had in mind. The second dress brought out was the one! They helped me pick accessories that went with the dress. Overall a wonderful experience.”

She listened to what I liked and disliked, helped me try on a variety of dresses to not only see what I liked but rule out things I didn’t like. She made me feel at ease and helped me find a dress that I ordinarily wouldn’t have picked!”
