“I am still amazed that I showed Amber two dresses that I liked and the first dress she found for me to try on was the perfect one and not like the photos I showed her…Amber was fantastic she encouraged me to try various different styles so I could see how they fit my body shape which just confirmed to me the first dress I tried on was perfect…I still don’t know how she did it, but my dress is perfect, thank you again”

“I had the best experience from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Faith who went through everything with me, the first dress I fell in love with but faith brought a dress out which I hadn't asked for but as soon as it came out of the bag I just new that was the dress for me, I can't believe how well she had understood every bit of what I wanted in such a short time and I can't thank Faith enough, I didn't take the dress on the day as I was on my own so I had it put on hold I called back in with my mum, mother in law and my nice just to see that it was the right dress for me, everyone chose the opposite dress to me and I was thinking of changing my mind until Faith said how much my eyes light up when I had first seen the dress I had chosen so i keep to the original dress and I am so happy cause if I would have gone for the other one I would have regretted it so thanks again Faith your a star xx”

“Ohne große Erwartungen bin ich heute ganz spontan in den Laden gegangen. Eigentlich hatte ich schon ein Brautkleid aus einem anderen Geschäft, mit dem ich nach einigen Änderungen jedoch nicht mehr zufrieden bin. Als ich ankam, wurde ich herzlich begrüßt und von Mahnaz betreut. Es war meine dritte Beratung, und ich muss sagen, dass es bisher die beste war. Mit viel Feingefühl und einem geschulten Blick half sie mir, verschiedene Kleider anzuprobieren. Schnell fanden wir ein Kleid, das sich einfach richtig anfühlte. Man merkte, dass Mahnaz schon viele Bräute auf ihrem Weg begleitet hat – ihre Tipps waren ehrlich, liebevoll und unglaublich hilfreich. Besonders gefiel mir, dass sie ehrlich ihre Meinung äußerte, immer respektvoll und nie aufdringlich. Ihre Worte haben genau das widergespiegelt, was ich selbst empfunden habe. Schließlich fand ich ein Kleid, das perfekt zu mir passte. Auch passende Accessoires wie Schleier und Gürtel hatte sie sofort parat, die den Look wunderbar ergänzten. Ich brauchte etwas Zeit, um mich zu entscheiden – schließlich wäre es mein zweites Brautkleid. Doch Mahnaz schenkte mir Geduld, Verständnis und Raum, ohne jemals Druck aufzubauen. Ich habe mich bei ihr unendlich wohl und verstanden gefühlt. Von Herzen kann ich jedem eine Beratung bei ihr empfehlen – sie macht den Brautkleidkauf zu einem unvergesslichen, wunderschönen Erlebnis.”

“Had the best experience with the lovely Ella today. By daughter looking for her wedding dress, we had kind of an idea for what we were looking for. But Ella was amazing looking after us exceptionally, my daughter tired on serval dresses and styles, we found the perfect one. Ella thank you so much for all your help, she is a real credit to your company. 5 star service and nothing was a bother looking after my daughter so well. “I wanted a strapless dress and was persuaded to buy a dress that needed the straps removing and taking in because the sales assistant told me that would only cost about £200. I went to a seamstress Wed2b recommended and was quoted £900 for the changes. Feel very mislead and disappointed.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Wed2be! We arrived at 9:30am so it was quiet and peaceful. Lucia looked after us from the beginning, she is so friendly and put me at ease straight away. She asked about our wedding then explained in detail how the appointment would run. We never felt rushed, I tried on a number of dresses and didn’t feel like I was under any pressure - in fact after I chose the dress I eventually bought, Lucia encouraged me to try on one final one to make absolutely sure. Overall, I’ve got a beautiful dress, veil and storage at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service.”
