“Visited the Nottingham store on Saturday 12th April, was really apprehensive and worried as had a bad experience in a different Wed2be store however, Alex was absolutely amazing! She really put my mind at ease and worked her magic enabling me to walk away with my dream dress!”

“We came in looking for a dress last week, straight away we were made to feel welcome. Cali was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, and I tried on so many dresses, I had to have a break and come back an hour later. I’m really happy with the service we received.”

“Ameila was really welcoming and supportive throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable throughout and supported myself to try on a number of different dresses until i found the right one. My only negative being arriving and being given a waiting time of 1 hour which gradually increased to 2 hours to wait before being seen. I do feel this would be easier if appointment times were offered.”

“Came to WED2BE Derby to find my wedding dress on 14/04/2025. I was extremely anxious but was immediately put to ease as soon as we entered as we were welcomed by Meg who was amazing from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough for how relaxing she made the experience and how she calmed my nerves and found me my perfect dress in just 5 tries! She knew exactly what she was talking about and was so professional yet friendly. I could not recommend her highly enough and just want to personally thank her for making the experience perfect for me xxxx”

“We popped into the Northampton store today and Chloe looked after us, she was very attentive and we tried all the styles of the bridesmaids dresses. She couldn’t have done anymore for us. And I am excited to say we have our Laila and Eden light blue dresses on order.”

“Amber (Newcastle store) was amazing. She is mature beyond her years and was extremely enthusiastic throughout the appointment. She was very helpful in my decision making process and I can’t praise her enough! She was thorough, informative and helped me try different options within the dresses I chose (different sleeve types etc). My only criticism of the store (and other WED2B stores I have been to) is that there always seems to be a limited selection of size 8 dresses. I also checked all the stores in the north of England for some of the styles listed online and they were never in stock. I was starting to wonder whether these designs existed at all. Ultimately, I did find my dress though, and I really enjoyed my in store experience, as well as the general WED2B concept. Thank you!”

“Had a lovely afternoon at Wed 2 be Ashford with my daughter and her maid of honour. Nick was attentive and put my daughter at ease. She really listened to my daughter’s views and you could tell there was genuine joy in the job she was doing. Great prices and service and we came away with a beautiful dress.”

“It was like every girls dream! Trying dresses on and feeling like a true bride. They made me feel body confident with only just having a baby I could feel very comfortable with the help the dresses were beautiful and they really took into consideration what I wanted and didn’t want. Thankyou!”

“Cerys and Ady were fabulous, outstanding customer service from them both of them today. Was without family and friends today and they made so special today. Very personable experience, I do feel for both of them today being very unstaffed and abused by customers due to the wait time. They handled it extremely well but should have never had to deal with it in the first place. Poor by wed2b, outstanding by the wonderful ladies in store.”

“Ady in the Cardiff store has been AMAZING today! I only called in to have a browse to start with, but then found some dresses I really liked the look of. I can’t imagine a better experience looking for your perfect wedding dress.
