“I’ve just returned home after an amazing time spent at Wed2B Shirley! Cali was absolutely amazing, going completely above and beyond and absolutely mirroring my excitement, taking so much genuine interest in the wedding and finding dresses that suited my style, as well as my chosen venue. She offered excellent insight regarding style, and she helped me find the right dress by offering ways we could adapt any dress to suit me. Until we found “the one” she helped make sure I was sure, offering loads of styles to look at, just in case I’d not tried something I might love and always helping me compare. My friends and mum absolutely loved the day, feeling incredibly welcomed. Cali, you’re awesome and I’m so glad you were part of this experience!”

“Amazing service on both times we’d been into the store. All the ladies were who helped us were so lovely and went above and beyond for myself (the bride) and my mother and friend. They made me feel beautiful, fabulous and special.”

“When arrived was greeted and told possible 90 min wait. Wasn't checked in, but that was sorted when was my time with the bridal assistant. Found the perfect dress while waiting and was in my size. Felt very pressured into buying the accessories such as underskirt, veil, box , coat hanger and bag, even when telling the bridal assistant I had some of these at home. I was advised Kalarna pay was available, at no point did the assistant mention there is 22% interest on the purchase using Kalarna pay. The lady at the till even said she doesn't advise brides to use. Would of been very embarrassing to get to the till and then not complete the purchase with mislead information. Was lucky I had the funds to pay in full. While at the till the bridal assistant and till assistant both went to the back and could hear them discussing I only wanted the dress (£899) and bag which Is not complimentary. At this point i was ready to leave the dress and shop elsewhere, but my friend reminded me how beautiful the dress was, so once they returned I quickly paid and left.”

“Just baught my mothers wedding dress with the help from Jess. She was absolutely amazing helping picking what style and design she wanted as she didn't know what she was looking for when we walked in. “I found WED2B online. I browsed the website and couldn't belive how many dresses I liked. We went to the Exeter store and was greeted by Vicky. She was very welcoming and explained how the day would go. We tried on many styles as I had no idea what would suit me. I tried on a sheath dress which we all really liked. Then Vicky had the vibe what type of dress was me and pulled out a mermaid dress. Wow, it showed off my figure. We weren't pressurised to purchase any dresses at all. We went downstairs to the coffee shop for a chat. We all agreed the mermaid was the one. We went back up and purchased the dress. What a great experience! Thankyou Vicky for being so patient and wonderful.”

“Very disappointed!! Went to the metrocentre store at the weekend. Told the girl my budget was £700 she said well our dresses start at £599 then you would need to pay storage and alterations so your talking well over a grand! I could have paid this at a push but felt undermined and intimidated! The last thing a bride to be wants to feel. Very sad 😔”

“I had a lovely experience when trying on dresses here, made better by the fact I could have my mum, sister and best friend with me. We had Chelsea assigned to us to pick out the dresses, she was really friendly and she made me feel comfortable as she was patient (given I was a bit picky and tried a lot on) but also engaging and really helpful as she would ask questions on what I liked/didn't like about each dress and checked in with my family too. Ultimately, she found the right dress for me and so I took it home the same day!”

“Had a lovely morning at Wed2B Hull. Robyn greeted us and then we were looked after by Amber. We were made to feel comfortable throughout the whole time, the girls listened to what I wanted and brought a range of dresses for me try. There was never any pressure to buy but in the end, I said yes to the dress! A really lovely morning.”
