“Georgia was amazing she made me feel incredibly comfortable and picked some amazing dresses according to what I was saying I like or don't like for each dress. She was very friendly and really listened to me cannot thank her enough she made the experience lovely and easy”

“Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Ich habe Gunda gesagt, was ich mir wünsche und das erste Kleid was sie rausgesucht hat, war schon mein Traumkleid. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Umgebung, Beratung, Ablauf und das Kleid. Alles genau so, wie ich es mir erträumt habe. Vielen lieben Dank an Gunda für den perfekten Tag.”

“Chloe at Manchester arndale couldn’t have been more incredible. She immediately made me feel so relaxed and so excited to try on wedding dresses, I didn’t feel rushed at any point, we laughed from beginning to end and I left feeling like an absolute princess. I can’t thank Chloe enough for making the experience truly wonderful. My biggest fear going dress shopping was being ‘too much’ or the bridal experts not getting the vibe, but Chloe honestly couldn’t have done more. I felt so comfortable with her and I’m actually a bit gutted I only get to do this once! Would be worth paying for a second dress just to have the experience again! Thank you Chloe”

“My experience at the Middlesbrough store was unlike anything I could’ve imagined! The staff were some of the loveliest ladies I’ve ever met and the selection of dresses was overwhelmingly good (both styles and sizes). The lady helping me during my visit, Charlotte, was amazing. She listened to every request I had for my dress and found some beautiful designs for me to try. She even managed to get me to try a dress I thought I was dead against getting, and ended up buying said dress! I feel like she knew my style more than I did because she did so well. She was also able to bring me out of my shell so easily considering I was so nervous I didn’t even want to walk up the stairs when I first got there! The other ladies working in the shop were so lovely and everyone there made me feel so comfortable and amazing in every dress I tried on! I’m so glad I chose to get my wedding dress here!”

“Cerys at the cardiff store was great at listening to how I envisioned my wedding and applying it to the dresses she pulled. She came up with some great ideas of accessories. She was overall very helpful and fun to have help pick out my dress and bolster confidence!”
