“Middlesbrough store! Not happy at all. The staff here lie to their customers saying they will get a dress dry cleaned! When really they place the dresses in the washing machine unprotected and wish for the best. Dresses get left on the floor and dumped around. Dresses here are not cheap affordable luxury, I have noticed faults in your dresses, missing buttons, hook and eyes damaged, marks on dresses. I would not want to pay £600+ on a dress for all these faults. The add ons don’t get discussed until the end of the appointment, and after saying yes to my dress I feel pressurised to purchase these items when not necessary. The staff are rude and talk about brides behind their backs, they work on commission and if they don’t receive the numbers to achieve this then they will talk about you badly, and be rude. Staff talk badly about other staff and pretend to be nice, they take over the appointment when they believe they can do it better, the senior in this store was very very pushy when my consultant was lovely! The senior was pressuring me into wearing a tiara and wanting dresses on me that I was uncomfortable with just because she wanted to see it. I believe they are very unprofessional and rude. Will not be coming back to Wed2b or even recommending it to anyone.”

“Went to WED2B on a whim and I’m so glad I did! I was served by Lynsey who took so much effort and time to truly get to know me as a bride to be and honestly I really appreciated that and felt so welcome and calm. “My visit to WED2B Brighton was a fantastic experience from start to finish. For a bride who was apprehensive about wedding dress shopping, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked into the store, the smiley staff put me at ease and made me feel excited as to what was to come. They listened to my idea of my perfect wedding dress and found several dresses in flattering styles to suit my body shape, which can be daunting when you have no idea what suits you. Lou looked after me throughout and made me feel so comfortable, she went above and beyond to assist in finding my perfect dress! Lou listened to every detail I had mentioned and encouraged me try on different styles. Safe to say I found my perfect dress with Lou's help and I couldn't be happier. The reaction from my bridesmaids and family when i showed then the dress said it all! Thank you for such a fantastic experience. Ali”

“Ich war auf die Empfehlung von 2 Freundinnen da, die beide äußerst zufrieden waren und wunderschön an ihrem großen Tag aussahen. Ich war bei dem Termin im 4. Monat schwanger und sehr aufgeregt ob ich ein Kleid finde in dem ich mich auch richtig als Braut fühle. Die liebe Gunda hat mit ganz viel Herzblut und Engagement mich so glücklich gemacht. Sie hat auf den ersten Blick schon mein perfektes Kleid gefunden und mit Leichtigkeit und ihrer wunderbaren Art hat Sie mich eine wunderschöne Braut verwandelt. “So Lovely ! I am a bigger Bride (size 26-28) with autism and sensory issues; And i was so worried about how I was going to FEEL in a dress. The ladies who assisted me (Tash and Tiana) Were so lovely, genuine and accommodating. I found my dress AND accessories on my FIRST visit! I never expected to do this when I was just coming for a first look. Highly recommend!!”

“We went to Wed2Be today and honestly Lauren our consultant was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and so kind. She knew exactly what I wanted and managed to pick the best two dresses straight away and blew all my expectations.
