“Hi, my daughter, her friend who is to be bridesmaid, were looking for a brides dress. We traveled by rail to have a browse round, as it stated on line, its a walk in shop. How wrong we were, the lady who spoke to us was very rude, she told us there was a 2-3 hour wait. I said can we just browse through them to give us an idea of style. No was the reply. She took my daughter’s name & then told us we would just have to wait, we were thinking we could go and get lunch & return, but it was a no. We came out in disgust and another angry customer outside told us also that she had a bad customer service. She even recommended another bridal shop to us. I don’t know how you can advertise as a walk in when clearly it isn’t,It was the Liverpool store.”

“Yesterday I took my bridesmaids and mother in law to be into the Newquay store. I was very nervous but Lauryn was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, she listened to everything I said and we had so much fun. I said yes to a beautiful dress that I wouldn't have dreamed of trying on if it wasn't for Lauryn. Thank you to all the lovely ladies at Newquay wed2b.”

“I went to the Newquay store yesterday with my bridesmaids and mother in law to be and had the most amazing experience. My first time trying on wedding dresses so i was a little nervous but Lauren was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble,she listened to everything I said, we had so much fun. I said yes to a dress I never thought I would but the dress is absolutely beautiful and I cant wait to wear it on my wedding day. A massive thank you to Lauren and to Karen who seen us into the store.”

“Rebecca at the Glasgow shop made my experience finding THE dress just amazing! I went with an open mind and Rebecca picked out a first choice which ended up being my favourite! “I went into WED2BE with my future mother in law just for a quick browse and to try and few dresses on. Molly was the lady who showed us around the shop, talked us through each designer and then also helped me try on the dresses. She was genuinely absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgable, so friendly, so lovely and really did hype me up with each try on. Nothing was too much for her. After I tried on a few dresses which I thought were my dream dresses and not liking any. Molly went off and found one that she thought I’d like. It wasn’t the style I’d considered at all but I tried it on anyway and it was just stunning. I got super emotional which I never thought I would over a dress and ended up buying it. I am super anxious about my body but Molly made me feel so at ease and I genuinely felt so pretty when trying on the final dress. Although I’ve never been dress shopping prior to that it was the best experience ever and I’m so so so happy I chose to go into the shop. All of the staff at WED2BE are genuinely lovely, helpful and make you feel so so special. Thank you for such a wonderful, memorable experience. Can’t wait to wear it in Vegas!!!”

“I went to WED2B to try on a few dresses and get an idea of what I wanted. Me & my step mum spent time looking at dresses we thought I would like. We were with Tilley who was super helpful and just so nice. We had a joke that some of the dresses had men’s names and I jokingly asked if they had my partners name and they did! I had no idea what it looked like and it was the first dress I tried on and to my surprise it was my absolute dream dress! I could not believe how perfect it was. The girls in the shop were so nice and made me feel so comfortable during my time there (which was a long time haha). Definitely recommend for any bride to be!”

“Elsa from the Brighton store made sure my experience was a great one! She asked all the right questions, listened to me when I explained why I liked or didnt like a dress and joined in with the laughs which made me feel so comfortable. It was like she had a sixth sense when we found 'the one' and made sure it was a memorable moment for both me and my mum.”

“Went to WED2B camberley and Chloe was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, gave me exactly that and I said yes to the dress on the first dress she pulled out! It was just perfect. I honestly didn’t expect to find it after going to a different wed2be store and having little luck. Thankyou so so much!! Can’t stop smiling, and can not wait to wear it on my day. “My experience was very personalised and nothing was too much. I felt really valued and Lou was amazing, she made me feel like all of my thoughts were valid. I had an idea in my head and explained this and she couldn’t help me enough, she took on board everything I said and went above and beyond and provide me with the dresses in the style I wanted. I tried a few dresses and when I explained what I didn’t like about each one Lou went back and found something better, until I finally found my dream dress! I tried various head pieces and veils and although beautiful I decided they took the attention away from my dress and didn’t suit how I’d be having my hair. I would 100% recommend shopping here! Good value also and carefully packaged with instructions on aftercare.”
