“I came here yesterday with my friend Karen and was seen by the really lovely Jenny. Jenny was amazing from start to finish, finding out what kind of dresses I liked and what my budget was. Jenny found me 4 beautiful dresses to try everyone one of them were beautiful in their own way . I am one of the most indecisive people you could meet but Jenny found me my perfect dress and I love it . I cannot thank Jenny enough for her time and finding me dresses I would love, Thank you so much Jenny for your time and patience, I would also like to add how passionate everyone that works at Wed2b are , 100% recommended , amazing ladies . “We had such a wonderful experience at this wedding dress shop! Layla helped us and she was absolutely amazing – so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the whole appointment. She really listened to what we were looking for, offered great advice, and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Thanks to her expertise, we found the perfect dress! Highly recommend both the shop and Layla if you’re looking for a special and stress-free experience.”

“I visited both Ashford and was seen by Meg, and Bournemouth where Brodie helped me! Both were full of personality that put me at ease, I was so anxious before attending, they listened to everything I said, offered suggestions, support and really knew their products!”

“Great experience at WED2B. I first visited the Bolton store on Tuesday 12th Aug and I tried on a number of dresses. I was disappointed that there was not more of a choice in my size but I was well looked after. I then rang customer services and enquired about stores in Manchester and Liverpool and the range of sizes. Customer Services (Lisa I think) was fabulous and very helpful. I went to the Arndale store and fell very lucky as I was served by Yanini. Yanini is based at the Fleetwood shop usually. She was so very helpful and patient and very knowledgeable. I decided on a dress but went back to the Bolton store on Thursday evening with my daughter who also loved the dress. Thus eve I was served by Jenny and Suna who were fabulous! Very helpful, knowledgeable and very sincere. Thank you ladies!!”

“Went into the Rotherham store today. The service my bridal party received was second to none . From the lady that greeted us and took our details to our sales advisor Sana. We didn't expect to find the dress but we said yes to the dress. The whole system of how wed2be work is amazing. From talking to you to find out what you are looking for. Settling you in the changing room while they go and get you a dress to try, from what you discussed. It was all so effortless for the bride to be. Well done again Sana dress no 2 was the one.”

“I visited the Southampton store today to try on wedding dresses for my big day. I had already been to another shop this morning thinking I may have found the one. I was seen by Chloe who was extremely helpful and picked dresses on what I had described as best I could (didn't really know quite what I was looking for). She done such an amazing job I have left with my wedding dress! Not what I would ever have imagined myself in! Thank you Chloe! Xx”

“I had the most wonderful experience buying my wedding dress! It was my first time trying on dresses since getting engaged, and Caroline at the Hinckley store made the whole process so special. She was warm, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She not only looked after me beautifully but also explained everything clearly to my entourage, making them feel included and comfortable. Thanks to her guidance, what could have been overwhelming turned into such a joyful and memorable experience.”

“I’ve just returned from a 100 mile round trip to the Glasgow store and have been left feeling angry and deflated! After contacting the store to be told that I didn’t need an appointment, mr daughters and I travelled up together, each having taken a day off work. On arriving at the shop around 2pm we were told we would need to make an appointment and come back at 4.30/5pm. We were shown around the shop and allowed to browse the range of bridal wear, picking out the dresses to try when we came back later… I picked 5. We left the store, double checking when we were to return and again told 4.30/5pm being assured the store was open until 6pm. We headed into the city for some late lunch and returned, excitedly at 4.30 on the dot only to be told we couldn’t be seen! As two members of staff we finishing at 5pm leaving only one member of staff to consult with a bride who was in front of me. I stood my ground and pled my case to no avail! A wasted day off work, not to mention an unnecessary 100 mile trip and what should’ve been a special day with my girls gone!!!! Although the staff member was apologetic, it didn’t make up for the fact that we should’ve been told this when we first arrived saving us waiting around for nothing! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!”
