“Rayan heeft mij fantastisch geholpen bij het passen van de trouwjurken. Rayan was eerlijk over hoe ik eruit zag in de verschillende jurken. Ik kwam zonder verwachtingen maar heb mijn droomjurk gevonden.”

“Absolutely incredible. The ladies were very welcoming from the moment I stepped in store. I was looking for a dress for my wedding vow renewal. I expressed my worries I had from my original dress not fitting right (brought elsewhere ) and I wanted something completely different. They absolutely delivered from the first dress to my last I was made to feel amazing and not a worry in sight. I can honestly say I’m in love with my new dress and I can’t wait to wear it with all the accessories they picked out that made it perfect. Huge thankyou to the stylist Mikaela for making me feel incredible. Also the warm welcome from the lady who greeted me ( not sure of her name but she’s getting married next year)”

“My second time buying a wedding dress this time round is for my vow renewal. I had explained how my last experience (somewhere else) was not the best and I never really felt comfortable in the dress. Roll on my experience at wed2b wow completely different. They was friendly,knowledgeable and listened to what I had envisioned. Wow did they deliver and I can honestly say I’m in love with my new dress. Mikaela made me feel so comfortable and I felt incredible in my dress x”

“Lauren from Newcastle (Metrocentre Branch) was amazing - she spent her time to get to know what I was looking for. She also made my Mam and Aunty feel welcome and enjoy the experience. She never pushed me one way or another but after a few try ons of my picks - I was feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. Lauren asked if I would be up for trying some of her picks - Thank god she did as I the one I chose I would never have picked myself- my dress was perfect and I was so pleased I got to chose my 'one' with you as my consultant. I didn't realise that Lauren had also left a lovely message in my Wedding Dress Box for me to open on my Wedding Day - It brought back great memories and made me remember the day I chose my dress. From a very self-conscious bride - thank you for making my experience so special X”

“(27 Sept) After visiting three wedding shops and trying on maybe 12 dresses, my mum and I found my perfect wedding dress all thanks to Mary at the Leeds shop! From the start Mary took the time to understand what I was looking for, what I’d already tried on, what I was open to trying and how I wanted to feel. She was so helpful and patient answering all my questions, making sure I was comfortable and understood what alterations were possible. Mary went out of her way to contact the on-call seamstress to give me an idea of the total potential cost after alterations which was so helpful when you have a budget to consider. We were there for two hours and I never felt rushed. No question or request was too much trouble! And I never felt under pressure. As a super sensory person who is very particular about their style, she was so wonderful from start to finish! Just wanted to say what a lovely day we had, and thank you so much Mary for being part of this special experience! X”

“Staff unhelpful. No dresses in a size 10 or 12 to try on. Only 14 upwards. Most dresses on your website are not available in store.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback Alyson. As our bridal dresses are sold off the peg, stock does frequently change throughout the day. As such, we are unable to guarantee certain styles will be available when you visit. However, as we do get regular deliveries full of brand new dresses throughout the month there is always something incredible for you to try on. We are sorry you were unable to find your dream dress during your visit and we would love to see you again to help you find ‘The One’ Best wishes, wed2b
