“I visited the Hull branch as was seen to by Lorna who spoke to me about my wants and what sort of dresses I had been looking at, there was a bit of a wait but was then seen to by Tara who helped me in and out of the dresses. As well kept me and my bridal party all excited, she was also very fast with the tissues (they were defintley needed). Tara was so bubbly and lovely, she made us all feel welcome and for myself who had never been to try any bridal dresses on, she made the experience the best, I was so comfortable and relaxed with her! Lorna picked a beautiful dress that I had never seen nor even imagined myself in, and I ended up picking this as my dream dress. With the help of Tara and Lorna, I could not have imagined myself finding anything so wonderful! Thank you to these two wonderful ladies for making my experience not only amazing but the best I could have hoped for! I was even able to do a princess spin in my goregous gown! From my bridal party and I, these two are an absolute diamonds, Wed 2B should be over the moon with staff members like these :).”

“After visiting Manchester from Lincolnshire for another occasion I just had to visit wed2be, there it was the Aaliyah Quinn Deia but wasn’t visiting to try on dresses . I just couldn’t get it out of my mind ( vow renewal next year ) so decided rand WED2B customer services to see if other stores had this dress .. no only Manchester so two days later I made a special journey and just by luck only one left in blush that I wanted. Louise looked after me with such care and attention , she was outstanding and was honest with me . Her smile said it all . The other team members equally just fabulous and I cannot Thankyou all enough for such an increadible experience and my vow renewal dress will just looked perfect in my destination renewal of Lindos for our 10th wedding anniversary.”

“I visited WED2B in Swindon recently with my daughter-in-law to be. While Amber, the lady who helped us, was lovely and very attentive, I was really disappointed by the behaviour of the woman at the front desk (who I assumed was the manager). She was abrupt and unnecessarily rude towards her staff members, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere during what should have been a really special and happy experience. When you’re shopping for something as important as a wedding dress, you expect professionalism and kindness, not tension and rudeness. It was such a shame, as Amber did her best, but the overall impression we left with was not a positive one.”

“The shop assistant was friendly, welcoming and gave us her full attention. But I felt a little pressured to buy a dress I wasnt 100% comfortable in. I'm glad I went with my gut and asked to try a smaller size because it fit so much better. In my experience in other bridal shops, the shop assistant never needed to be in the dressing room with me when I was putting dresses on. So I'm not sure why this was the case at wed2be. I felt a little uncomfortable to be undressed in a strangers presence. Also, I was shocked to see many add-ons on the receipt after my mother had already paid. These were things that were made to seem as if they were included in the purchase. I would not have bought them if I was given the choice beforehand. After reading other reviews on trustpilot, I now know that it wasnt just me that has experienced this exact thing which is very dissapointing. I love my dress but I must say the extras on the bill and pressure to buy somthing I clearly wasnt comfortable in put a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that going forward they can can be more transparent with brides, it would make the whole experience so much better!”

“I honestly can’t thank Lauren enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress. I was really nervous going into the appointment since I’m not usually a dress-wearer, but she made the whole experience feel completely stress-free — it was like a breath of fresh air. Lauren was incredibly patient and supportive as I tried on multiple styles, never rushing me and always making me feel comfortable. She has such a calming presence but also brings amazing energy — like your personal hype woman in the best way! In the end, I found a dress that I absolutely love and feel amazing in. I’m so grateful for her guidance, encouragement, and eye for what worked for me. Thank you again!”

“Emma in the Derby store was absolutely fantastic! I’d had quite a stressful day before shopping and Emma was extremely welcoming and made me feel so at ease. She ensured I took my time and really gave me the most outstanding experience. Nothing was too much trouble and most importantly I left feel like a princess. The world needs more Emma’s, I truly cannot thank her enough. Myself and bridal party absolutely loved her. Thank you again!!”

“I heard of Wed2B through a friend and arrived at the Leeds branch very nervous. The wonderful ladies put me right at ease, explained how it works then introduced me to Ruby who looked after me and helped me find my perfect dress. She helped me feel comfortable and put all my insecurities a side. I never thought I would have that sharp intake of breath moment or feel stunning. After trying 4 dresses on, (3 of which I would have been happy with) she pulled her wild card and there she was and then came the tears. I’ve never felt beautiful until today. Ruby is an asset to web2b and I’ll be forever grateful for her attentiveness, kindness and taking me on this journey that I had dreaded for a long time, being a fuller figured lady. I would recommend them and Ruby to anyone. It’s made my stress free wedding that much more perfect. Thank you!!”
