“I went to WED2B with my mum and sister just to get an idea of what wedding dress I would like and ended up walking away with my dress, I was so pleased it looked amazing and I felt amazing. Rylie was my consultant and she was so lovely and helpful and even picked out my dress for me! The other two ladies in the store working at the time were also really lovely and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of trying on wedding dresses and would recommend this store and Rylie to anyone looking to buy their wedding dress!”

“Het was echt een dag om niet te vergeten, Anita heeft ons vriendelijk geholpen. Eigenlijk waren alle jurken wel prachtig maar ik heb er 1 gekozen die echt bij mij past! Ik ging er heel onzeker in maar Anita heeft mij echt de hemel in geprezen zodat ik me echt mooier voelde!”

“Meine Beraterin war Perssida. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und die Beraterin hat schnell gemerkt, was zu mir passt und mich sehr passende Kleider zur Auswahl gegeben, sodass ich auch mein Kleid finden konnte.”

“I had a great customer service during my visit to the Nottingham store and paid a deposit on my potential dress. The next morning i changed my mind and visited the Derby branch to see if they had anything i didn't see previously . As soon as i walked in to store i was greeted in the same friendly , welcoming manner as my local store . The staff are just exceptional at making you feel special . However today felt different . I was greeted by Teresa. It was just another level of customer service and we instantly clicked . Before we even discussed my taste she named a dress for me and it was the exact dress i had screen shot of there web that morning . It was perfect . It was an instant 5 ! All the ladies were great , professional but so relaxing to just talk too so that they could understand your needs for the perfect dress. They went above and beyond to sort my deposit out with the nottingham store and i left over the moon with my beautiful dress and all the info i needed to get the alterations required. The dress was reasonable priced especially for the quality .I cant rave enough about the beautiful Teresa . It wasn't just a sale , i never felt that once .she was exceptional and i felt like it was a pleasure for her to make my experience something i will never forget and i am truly grateful . At both the stores i have visited this weekend of Web2be have great staff that are an asset to the company . Teresa you are delightful x”

“Went in today to try wedding dresses and Tilly from Chelmsford helped me picked my perfect dress. She was very attentive and helpful from beginning to end and she had a lovely smiled on her face the whole time despite me taking my time to design and trying loads of different accessories and a couple of dress. I must say, what a fabulous customer service and I felt my best whilst trying on the dresses. Thank you so much Tilly for helping me find my perfect wedding dress. I can’t stop smiling😊”

“Well what can i say the experience i had at Wed2b Carlisle and was out of this world. Staff where amazing from start to finish, listening to everything i had to say and answered any questions that i had to ask. They took their time to help to make sure i was comfortable and filled with the right information about each dress that i tried on. Can say i said yes to my dream dress and walked out the shop over the moon with the overall experience.”

“Wow! I don't actually think I have enough words to say how amazing my experience was at the Bolton store. I attended with my Mum, Grandma, Auntie and Sister in Law (who is one of my bridesmaids) and we all loved our time in the store. We were greeted warmly and waited for around 10 minutes for our consultant. We were assigned the lovely Suna. She took her time to listen to my likes and dislikes, noted a couple of dresses I'd seen online that I liked and was able to pick a selection from the store that I'd have chosen myself. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and also easy to talk to. The second dress she picked was the one I said a huge "yes" too! I'd highly recommend the store to any future brides!”
